I’m giving the property a lower rating mainly because of communication issues among the staff. Despite having the “Do Not Disturb” sign hanging on our door, we were still interrupted. We had paid for a late check-out and put the sign outside so we could rest before leaving, but staff still knocked on our door for service.

Very excellent property! Close to Disney & Universal (by car) Rooms were clean and updated! Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. One not - they do have a time share group on property next to the front desk that will ask you (multiple times) if you want to go to a presentation for free park tickets. All in all, would book again especially for the price-point.

There was a psychic, Waffle House and Disney merchandise store next door. The hotel and room were clean. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, Marriott doesn’t allow Bonvoy members to link their account to their room if you book through Expedia (or other 3rd party). Their website should always have the best price and I wouldn’t book with a 3rd party if they did but they didn’t. They also informed me that Marriott only offers 2 bottles of water on the first day, period. That’s fine I guess but honestly, why? Water bottles are not expensive. The shuttles were very limited and we could never make it work for our plans. The first one arrives after the park opens and they only offer one other time if you want a later shuttle. Not really convenient. The buffet breakfast looked nice but it was all you could get. No a la carte sélections and we just weren’t hungry enough to warrant paying $18 each plus tax and tip. It all was just meh as a hotel but the staff was great and it’s clean so definitely could have been worse. I likely wouldn’t stay again. Little things make a difference.

Had an excellent stay at AC Hotel! The beds were incredibly comfortable, the showers were fantastic, and the service was top-notch. Everything was modern, clean, and well taken care of. Highly recommend!

I stay here regularly and the rooms are always clean, the staff members are friendly, and checkin/checkout is simple. The only downside to our recent trip was minor - no body wash or hand soap upon arrival, but we made due with shampoo, since we got in late and were settled before we noticed. I would stay here again!
