THE 3 PALM DESERT CONDO

This 1st floor Desert Falls Country Club Condo has been newly styled with mid-century modern hints. Its a beautifully furnished 1360 square foot oasis that has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room area with a fireplace, upgraded kitchen, air conditioned and just steps away from 2 pool areas. Its in a gated community and close to restaurants and shops.

Condo is the bottom unit with a large driveway.

Master Bedroom has a King sized bed with TV/DVD player and access to closet and drawers. Master has a large on-suite master bathroom with double vanity.

Spare Bedroom has a Queen sized bed with TV and access to closet and drawers plus a desk.

2nd bathroom is a full bath with a single vanity.

Guest have access to laundry room that has washer and dryer, iron & ironing board.

Condo is only steps away from 2 pool areas. Pools are heated.

Private patio accessible from the master bedroom or the living room overlooking a beautiful green lawn and the pool area. Patio has patio furniture, lounger and gas grill.

Guest have access to the entire condo; and the 32 swimming pools and hot tubs throughout the complex.

Guest have access to tennis, pickle ball, fitness center and the restaurant at the beautiful Desert Falls Country Club clubhouse as a guest. Guest may play golf for a reduced fee.

We are available by phone as much as needed. We do not live in the desert, but we will correspond with guests prior to their arrival so they know how to get into the gated community as well as into the condo.

Desert Falls County Club is a 24 hour guard gated community with a championship golf course, lighted tennis courts, pickle ball, full fitness center with yoga classes, pro tennis and golf shops.

Desert Falls Country Club is one of the most desirable golf communities in the Desert. Centrally located, close to El Paseo; the Rodeo Drive of the Desert, the Living Desert, the Riverwalk, Sunnyland Estate, Downtown Palm Springs and the Palm Springs Tramway; where guests can ride in the world s largest rotating tramcar reaching 8500 feet in under 20 minutes... and one of the finest hospitals, Eisenhower is only minutes from your home.

There is a bus system that stops at strategic locations outside the complex. Uber and Lift can enter complex after you call security guard station to advise of your uber/lift pickup

Palm Desert Tennis Fun

We love the condos in this particular housing development. This is the third time we have stayed in one of these condos. This particular 2 bedroom condo was lovely, clean and lots of fun. I highly recommend a stay to enjoy the desert.

Nicely updated with great location

Would stay here again. Very clean and updated in a community that has a fitness center, tennis, pickleball and swimming pools. Cissy was very responsive as well. This condo is centrally located and within 10 minutes of great dining, shopping and golf courses. Located on first floor so easy access for golf clubs.

Great condo in Palm Desert

Very well appointed condo, great location, lovely resort. Condo had everything we needed for cooking our own meals. Plenty of things to do at the resort (we used the fitness center, pools, hot tubs, golfed and played pickleball). Very clean and so much room! Host was great to work with and provided answers to questions before I even asked! Would definitely book again when in Palm Desert.

Lovely spacious stay

Had a great time at Cissy’s place. It was even cuter and more spacious in person! The condo had all you needed and more and the beds were comfy. The bath tub and pool were both fun for my 9 month old son.

Another great stay

This is the second year staying at this property and we enjoyed even more that last year. We love how quiet the neighborhood is and the condo was as spotless as it could be. The owner is very easy to work with and responds very quickly when an issue arises. The whole Desert Falls subdivision is great to walk in and is just pretty. Good views of the mountains as well. We are coming back next year!
