    EXCELLENT FAMILY HOME!!!! Our house is centrally located, can walk to anywhere in Penticton BC. Even a quick 20 minute walk to the beach. 5 houses down from a major grocery store, liquor store on the corner and close to major gas station. Our house can sleep 12 adults comfortably, with extra room on the floors for kids..... We live in a very safe neighborhood. Fully fenced back yard, garage, and hot tub. Available for holiday rentals, large family gatherings and more!!! Parks for kids near by and shopping for adults. Pool table, Ping pong table, plus work out gym in house!!

    Beach Holiday at Penticton
    Easy access to beaches and restaurants and convenience shops. Kids enjoyed the pool table, ping pong and the backyard Dawn was quick to respond to questions.

    This property is conveniently located and very comfortably accommodates a family of 6 adults and 4 kids. The patio at the back has a great fenced yard with a lawn, hot tub, outdoor furniture and a covered deck. The host Dawn is exceptionally helpful and quick to respond.

    Great host, home, and location
    My friends and I have been doing a girls trip up to the Okanagan every year for the last 6 years and this was by far the best rental we’ve stayed in. There is so much meaningful space in the home with the living room, kitchen and the massive backyard that has plenty of seating a cute gas fire table, a hot tub and bbq (we used them all)! The absolute best part is the location. It’s a 1 min walk to the grocery and liquor store. It’s also really close to other restaurants. We went to theos for dinner and walked back after. The host Dawn is also so sweet. She left us a cute little welcome package with snacks and brochures for activities. This place is really great for any kind of group because the basement is calm and relaxing for those who are tired and just need some quiet time away from the group or for smaller kids for nap time (or adult nap time lol). I would give this place a 10/10! Thanks Dawn.

    We had a fantastic stay at Dawn and Kelly’s. The patio was spectacular and lots of space inside for everyone to relax and enjoy our vacation. We had everything we could possibly have needed and would highly recommend this home to anyone.

    Enjoyed our stay while the boys were in a hockey camp. We normally stay in our travel trailer and so happy we decided to book this property. Lots of room for the kids and adults. Dawn was an excellent host.

    We chose this property because it has 5 bedrooms as we were a family group of 7 adults and 1 toddler. The home was warm and welcoming from the Welcome package to the breakfast bar to the great outdoors space. It was good to have all the notes throughout the house on such things as how to use the stove, remote controls, washer, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc. We had a great time in Penticton and in the house. The host even left bubbles and sidewalk chalk for the toddler as well as toys, slide and pool outdoors. We felt at home.

    Wonderful home for the family!
    Our family gathered at Dawn’s for a reunion. We loved her home and how spacious it was. There was space for everybody to sleep, lounge and play! We really loved the backyard and made use of it morning noon and night. It was a great location to anywhere in penticton and close enough to naramata too. Dawn was very communicative and kind! We do appreciated that about her! would love to stay again!

    Another great family vacation here (4th time)
    This property has it all for a fun family holiday, spacious, very clean home, lovely fenced back yard with lawn and a great patio and hot tub, deck and barbeque. The host Dawn is also super to deal with. We will be back next year.
