We were traveling with 2 adults and 3 children ages 5, 11, and 14. The room was clean. The furniture was typical hotel particle board. Two queen sized beds in two separate bedrooms and a queen sized couch bed. A tv in every room. The toilet in one bathroom made a very loud screeching sound when flushed. The person that did the caulking in the bathrooms was really messy. One bathtub had no drain plug. The breakfast in the morning had something for everyone. Waffles, cereal bars, granola bars, Greek and regular yogurt, scrambled eggs, multiple types of oatmeal, pastry toast and bagels, sausage, cheese, salsa, croissants, tea, coffee, and juices. I would go back again we were in Room 1112.

The shuttle promptly picked us up at the airport. Our flight landed at 9:25 am and check-in wasn’t until 3. We asked if we could leave our luggage while we went sightseeing. At first they said yes, then actually came back and told us we could go ahead and check-in since there was a room ready. This was extremely helpful. The facility was clean and they not only had breakfast but also supper included which was ravioli, breadsticks and salad. I would highly recommend the accommodations.

This is my second time there... the walls and carpet were dirty, the bathroom had cracks all in the tile and the tub had some black stuff around the sealer... staff was friendly , but the rooms need to be more upkept!

I loved the customer service. I did not like the condition of the room. It smelled like smoke as soon as I entered. The floors had burn marks. The toiliet was stopped up. The bathroom sink was clogged up. The shower drained really slow.

We booked two adjoined rooms with two bathrooms accommodating a family of five. We got one room one bathroom with one bed and a small sofa sleeper.

The GPS address for this hotel is incorrect. It took me to the back entrance, which was blocked off by a big barricade. I had to slip in through the exit. Not a good first impression.
