BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
This gorgeous second-floor 1600 square-foot condo is air-conditioned with ceiling fans for additional comfort. The charming decor includes exposed wooden beams and rustic stonework. Enjoy two spacious well-appointed bedrooms + two full ensuite bathrooms with dual sink vanities and separate water closets. Nourish your inner zen with a spa-like experience in the large walk-in showers. In the principal king bedroom, discover the luxury of waking up to the morning sun and glistening sea. Breathe in the fresh ocean breeze from the adjoining terrace. The other large guest room offers a lovely retreat tucked away from the main living area and features two queen beds and plenty of natural light.

KITCHEN & DINING
From the open concept living area and private outdoor terrace, shaded alfresco dining is yours to enjoy as you overlook the tropical garden and infinity pool. The vista is completed by the majestic sea. The shabby chic kitchen is a fitting backdrop for preparing drinks and snacks at the beach! With granite counters and a breakfast bar, it is fully-equipped with stainless steel appliances, cookware, and dinnerware. A tropical hardwood dining set for six is a perfect place for sharing meals. Purified bottled water is available and delivered to the condo as needed. An automatic dishwasher and washer/dryer are nice-to-have conveniences. Entertainment streaming services are available on a Samsung 65-inch flat-screen with hundreds of channels of content. And high-speed Wi-Fi is included.

BEACH & POOL
At the condo, wade into the ocean waves, splash around in the pool or relax in its integrated cool water whirlpool. Rent a paddle board or kayak, just a stone's throw from the condo's shoreline. Luna Encantada has a great relationship with Inti Beach Club next door. Friendly staff will provide "beachside waiter service" and a 15% discount to Luna Encantada guests. Enjoy the discount and kindly tip your server and/or attendant. Massage services are available as well.

LOCAL AREA
Being in Centro puts you close to everything! Walk half a block to Fifth Avenue/Quinta Avenida for shopping and entertainment and experience Playa's unique cosmopolitan vibe. Pick up whatever you need at Walmart, just a 12 minute walk away. Dine at a wide variety of independent restaurants serving international cuisine! In the evening, try some street food and enjoy the street performers. Walk 5 minutes to the bustling square at Parque Los Fundadores where you can enjoy a Mayan-inspired dance show in the evenings.

Further away, try snorkeling, catamaran sailing, or scuba diving. Visit historical Mayan ruins. Take a refreshing dip in cenotes (lagoons). Play world class golf. Take the ferry to Cozumel and drive a dune buggy to beaches around the island. The amazing group of Xcaret parks are minutes away. Hire a car and check out trendy Tulum. Great place. Close proximity to 5th Ave, but far enough away so you don't hear all the noise throughout the night, just the sound of the ocean. Plenty to do, or do nothing at all. We will be back.

Playa Del Carmen Gem

Amazing property with everything you need. Amazing views, great balcony and a well maintained property. The Unit was tastefully done and it was nicer in person than the pictures. All the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. The host was great to communicate with. My only feedback was the sectional, it’s cold and very firm, I would get some pillows and maybe a throw so it’s a little more comfortable to sit on while watching a movie. Beyond that..5 stars all the way.

Amazing location, wonderful host, great staff

Perfect vacation from start to finish. Our host Barbara was wonderful answering questions, arranging transportation as well as grocery delivery prior to our arrival as well as checking early (Thank you again) Luna is perfectly located right on the beach. Don’t want to go far go to the beach club next door or walk not even a block and you have many restaurants right in front of you. The unit is spotless and kitchen is fully stocked if you want to cook. Anna and on-site staff were so kind and friendly. This is my second time staying at Luna, the first time with friends but this time I brought my mom. She loved it and after the first day asked when we are we coming back! This place is just perfect. Thank you Barbara for all your kindness and making it the perfect vacation.

Third Time is a Charm!

Stayed at Luna Encantada several times in the past with friends. Was discovered by a close friend, and the location has never disappointed. This time I wanted to introduce my GF to Playa and the Yucatan Peninsula in general since she has never been. Playa has gotten built up since my last trip, almost 15 years ago, but Luna is still a great oasis. The infinity pool is wonderful and the beach is right at your back door. The beach attendant will have cocktail and food service brought to you on the beach from the next door restaurant, which also has massages available. We rented a two bedroom unit, since it was just two of us, and that was the smallest unit they have. Everything you need is there, full kitchen, washer and dryer, two full bathrooms, room safe, wifi, tvs. Parking is free in the garage but it is first come first serve, and some of the spaces are small. The big grocery store is walking or cab distance from Luna, and of course 5th ave nightlife is there if you want it. I did notice that Señor Frogs was right around the corner and quite loud, but at Luna they seem to be insulated from the noise. If you rent a car, OBEY THE STREET LAWS, wearing your seatbelt and stopping FULLY for stop signs. We were pulled over after getting gas and I wasn't driving but was putting on my seat belt as we pulled away, a cop saw us and pulled us over. Long story short is I got rolled for 2000 pesos ($120). Not on Luna, will def back but will be more careful! Thank you Barbara!

Perfection

This place is full of charm and location, location, location. The beach view is fantastic and 5th Ave is just a half block away. The residence itself was everything two couples needed to get away and cleaned to perfection. The beach was relaxing with very little vendor activity. With the Inti restaurant next door it made for an easy day of drinking and snacks. I can’t wait to visit again.

Wonderful Stay in Playa del Carmen

Fabulous property in the perfect location of Playa del Carmen! This was our 4th trip to Playa and hands down the best property we have rented. Kitchen and condo with all the amenities and super friendly staff. The kids loved the pool and we loved being able to walk right to the beach with access the chairs and umbrellas, that was a game changer! We would love to stay here again in the future. Thank you 😊

Wonderful location!

We really enjoyed our stay at Luna Encantada! The location is awesome. The views are just as pictured. The grounds are very well attended. The 24 security made us feel very safe. The staff was very responsive and helpful. Any small need or question was quickly answered. Big shout out to Edith and Luis for being so accommodating. Abdias attends the beach and set up our umbrellas every day. He was also very helpful with coordinating massage appointments. The condo is very comfortable. We cooked a lot of meals and used the balcony every day. The lay out is ideal for 2 couples as the bedrooms are separate and private. I really can’t say enough about this property. We cannot wait to return!

This was a truly excellent rental experience! The unit was spotless, and all was exactly as advertised. We only needed to reach out to the owner once, with a check-in question, and she was very responsive. Edith ( property manager) and her staff were AMAZING, incredibly professional and accessible. Winter Escape

Fantastic location. Beach front condo one block from 5th Ave and 3 short blocks from ADO nonstop bus to/from Cancun Airport. Small, well maintained resort style units with secure entrances and 24 hr guard. Beautiful, clean condo, spectacular beach view, comfortable beds, updated bathrooms. Plenty of chairs at pool and beach - no sargassum! Many repeat long term guests helped us navigate through town. Everything you need is in walking distance. Edith, our property manager was terrific and promptly addressed any issues/ questions. We will definitely be back next winter.

We Love Luna Encantada!

It was our second time at this condo building. We did Not want to leave! I love the condos, so clean and fancy. Feels safe, gated. The infiniti pool is beautiful and great for days when the carribean sea waves are splashing hard! Abdias, Luna's beach boy, is so friendly and helpful. He'll set your beach chairs out, a table for your drinks, a beach umbrella if you want!! Feels like you're a Queen! Inti restaurant will bring you breakfast, lunch, supper, drinks, shots, etc... right on the beach at the condo. Book excursions and massages through Abdias. He gets you deals! $25 for an hour massage from Inti next door. Go up top, more private and overlook sea during massage. Amazing! We love Inti for breakfast and their fish tacos for lunch. Fire thrower shows almost nightly right there on the beach by condo! Don Mario's pizza is delicious! Zenzi restaurant/bar right on the beach is so fun to go to 8pm-close. Great music and dancing! Great atmosphere! Conenience store 1 block away, souvenir shops, unique clothing shops very close 1 block (Shalom is awesome) affordable italian linens and silky dresses, covid testing center less than 1 block. $25 for antigen test, results E-mailed to you within 10 minutes. Perfect for flying back to U.S.

Can't get much better than this!

This unit at Luna Encantada was perfect! Beautifully decorated, maintained, and super clean. Location is near everything, within walking distance, and most of all on the beach! Communication with the host and property manager was seamless. I could go on, but all you need to know is this place is perfect. You won't regret staying at Luna Encantada!

He’s beautiful, the unit is quiet with all the noise that is around. He was a wonderful refuge, very clean. Pool was great, the view is amazing. The property manager and the owner were fantastic and helping us with whatever you might have needed. Highly recommend.

Great condo and location for a trip to Playa

This was our first time staying in Playa del Carmen and the condo was great. We normally just pass through Playa for day trips from Cozumel, but wanted to stay on the mainland for a change. This condo was the perfect spot to stay to be in the middle of everything. It was well furnished and very clean. There was some construction going on in the unit above us, but it quieted down after contacting the property owner. The pool and beach chairs were in good condition, but we didn't use the beach much. We happened to stay during a time when the sargassum (seaweed) was really bad. We had planned mainly inland activities anyway, so it didn't really impact us other than the smell that made you not even want to sit on the balcony. The city? tried to keep the beaches clean, but it just came in faster than they could clean. Like the weather, sargassum blooms just seem to be a roll of the dice for a good beach stay. The condo is positioned right off the main street and you can walk down the strip of shops, restaurants, and bars forever it felt like. However, taxis and bike rentals were available right outside the condo as well. If you are looking for a great beach condo with easy access to everything, this is a great condo.

Beautiful Unit - Spacious and Clean

The building and unit were excellent. Clean and well-appointed. Everything worked perfectly. The only issue was the sargassum, and that was pretty bad. No fault of the owner, of course, but it was terrible to see and smell.
