This is an overall nice hotel in a convenient location. Basic rooms, you have to give a deposit for blankets. Only 1 block from the beach and directly across from Coco Bongo. People are loud ALL NIGHT out on the street. I just put on white noise to sleep. Staff was very nice and they had private security at night

The front desk staff was helpful and friendly as well as the cleaning staff. The location of the property is very good for visitors since almost everything you could want is within walking distance. However, upon our arrival the room did not have bath towels. I asked twice for towels and we had to wait until the second day!! Traveling as older adults we didn't have a stand to put our luggage on so we had to place the luggage on the floor. There also wasn't a place to hang your clothes nor was there a dresser. Staff friendly and nice and great location.

Arriving at the check-in of this hotel I could feel a strong stench of sewage from the lobby inside. Much worse, there is no elevator, and therefore the lobby is very dirty. Thinking times before booking will make your vacation a nightmare.

Great staff! Clean rooms but there was a lot of mold on the property, but not in the room. The sliding glass door to the balcony didn’t lock and it was a shared balcony! My friends room had no blanket.

I liked the localization, I didnt enjoy the beach club. I liked the pool, I didnt like the TV was blocked. I liked the food in another hotel, I dint like that it was mandatory to pay for it. I liked the room but the hotel needs general maintenance. Thank you.

The staff tried to be helpful after asking a few times to be moved. The smell in the first two rooms they put us in was so horrible I slept on the balcony the first night cause the smell was nauseating that was coming from the sewer pipe in the bathroom. Very noisy in the front. They put us in a room in the back and ithe smell wasn't as bad and it was quieter. Breakfast was good and served buffet style.

La verdad para la el precio esta muy bien, esta limpio, cómodo, solo el sábado están peleando en un restaurante en la esquina y se escuchaba todo el desmadre pero los otros días no se escucho nada 2 días no tibios agua pero a las 8 de la mañana llego, tiene alberca en el último piso esta pequeña pero sirve para refrescarte

O banheiro fedia muito, precisava deixar a porta sempre fechada para não contaminar o quarto, alem disso, não tinha lugar para pendurar a toalha no banheiro e nem porta shampoo no box. Também tem uma iluminação bem ruim.
