Wonderful small boutique hotel. It's not luxurious but it's everything you need if you'd like an inexpensive modern place to stay. Just know it is a little far from the main area - about a 10 - 15 minute walk depending on where you want to go - but the neighborhood where it is in is safe and quiet - unlike a lot of Playa.

The check in was super good! I checked in around 7pm and then around 11pm they had no A/C or hot water or electricity at all so I could not charger my phone or have the lights on in the room or anything.. even when I woke up the next day it was still not working... the girl at reception was very rude... not helpful at all just on her phone.. like she did not care

Hotel was very pretty and not to bad of a location Howecer the Bed was hard as rocks .. I can’t believe someone would buy a mattress that is as hard as a 2x4 piece of lumber and expect someone to sleep there ..Also the design of the bathroom was not f too well vbathroom floods because of the poor drain set up and location of the shower pan

Except for construction on both sides of the hotel that is loud at times the staff and the hotel is beautiful. Keep in mind you will need a taxi to get to 5th ave or like me rent a bike.

Noise from dogs

We just stayed one night, arrived late in the evening at the hotel and was going to the bus station heading for Cancun the next morning. Very nice staff.The hotel looked new and was simple but clean, there where some weird smell in the lobby though. Unfortunatly we had a noisy night, loud music from outside until midnight and during the night we got woken up several times by dogs barking. Didn't explore the area much but didn't look so nice from the taxi night before. Taking taxi from here was cheaper though, only 50 pesos to ADO turistica station. Any other taxi we took to places around town, from near 5th avenue 5th, wanted 100 pesos no negotiation.
