2 story beautiful , modern and fully equipped 3 bedroom, 3,5 bathroom located close to the beach in a very safe, gated community.

Only a few minutes away from the golf course, spa and the famous 5th Avenue.

My house is fully equipped with pots, pans and silverware, even everything to make a turkey and bake cookies. It also comes with linen, towels, 2 hairdryers, Dish and Smart TV. A large terrace allows you to spend dinner time outside.

Weekly cleaning is included. AC is charged based upon consumption.

Golf Course, Bike Path, Community Pool, Palapa , Pool, chairs, 24h security,

I am available for any questions or tips at any time. I am traveling a lot myself. Laure, my property manager will meet and greet you , do a walk through and is also available throughout your stay. She speaks French, Spanish and English.

Golf Course & Bike Path to the beach are right in front of my home. Community Pool, Palapa , Pool chairs, 24h security, Playground on site.

The beach access is a short bike ride - close to the Reef club. The Reef club also offers limited availability for their Beach Club. It fills up quickly so be there early (8:45am)

If for whatever reason you need to adjust your dates - whether that’s a day or 2 or several months - I am very easy to work with and will always try to accommodate

Check-in is with a smart lock . We always meet in person within the first 24 hours for a walk through. Playacar requires registration of each guest.
Electricity is included up to a certain allowance. After that 10Pesos per Kilowatt are charged every 7-14 days.

Great Property!

We loved our stay in this condo...it had all the space and amenities we needed, plus more. Location is great, I felt secure in the neighborhood, walking distance to shopping and convenience stores, bikes for longer distances, and a parking spot were all plusses. We were able to ride to restaurants and the beach. And it was wonderful that communication with the host was so great! She was very responsive and helpful!

Pleasant and relaxing

This is a lovely well maintained well equipped condo in a well kept quiet little condo complex. The pool is 6 steps from the patio and a delight for adults and kids alike. The location is quite a distance for walking to the beach and shopping. The bicycles were greatly appreciated. Biking in Playacar is a pleasure as there is a tree shaded bike path to the beach, around the golf course, and extends outside Playacar all the way to the super market. The beach is azure blue water and white sand. Gorgeous! There are several little plazas inside Playacar with oxo or 7-11 and little restaurants and patisseries minutes walking from the condo. Our children and grandchildren joined us for a week and thoroughly enjoyed their stay as did we.

Great place!!!

We had a last minute booking at this property, and could not be more pleased!!! The property manager was extremely accommodating working with us to get us in on short notice. The property was very well kept, very clean, kitchen has everything you need. The community is quiet,the pool is right outside your patio. I highly recommend this place for a family vacation - it's really great!

Roomy apartment with 3.5 baths and 3 nice size bedrooms. Kitchen was well stocked. Appliances worked well. Great location next to the shared pool. Safe and clean. Quiet and relaxing. Only one little thing: To get to the beach you need to walk down the road past Reef Playacar, and use public access. We did not mind walking.... We did try to get into the Reef Playacar with the cards supplied however we were unsuccessful. They allow 20 people max and you need to wait in line before 9 AM to get in. But again, we would stay here with no regrets. All the little issues we had, like running out of propane on the bbq were quickly addressed by Coco, the lady taking care of the apartment. Thank you Coco! One of the best places we stayed in Riviera Maya so far...
