Staff are so helpful and friendly. Room was nice and clean but I wish the AC unit was quieter. Breakfast was very good! I loved the 24/7 coffee bar in the lobby.

clean and well run. Friendly staff and easy valet parking process. The only thing that could have been better was the A/C in the room...shut on and off for 1 min at a time all night long. But it kept the room cool!

The hotel is VERY kid friendly. Our daughter loved the pool. Staff was very friendly and valet service was very quick. The location is nice with many restaurants and shops around. Quiet and clean. We would stay here again when visiting Portland.

Hands down best Hampton Inn hotel ever! Every hotel should be this good. I will definitely stay there again if I go to Portland. The pool was so much fun for kids. An A plus plus hotel experience!!

Great view of the park in our corner room. The receptionist was really nice. The only reason why I'm rating it 2 stars is because we had to wait an additional 45 minutes after check in because our room wasn't ready. They did offer a lower quality room that was ready but I declined.

Housekeeping entered the room without consent to bring towels i requested when out to dinner. Towels are super hard on my skin. The blackout curtain was useless because it doesn't close all the way, allowing light to come in, which is irritating. Pillows are so soft that they gave no support to my neck. TV is grounded in the most inconvenient, awkward place on the dresser, on the side of the bed. Whose bright idea was that? Breakfast was good with a variety of selections The valet was nice and friendly Front desk check-in was quick, but she did not explain where anything was except breakfast close to restaurants and markets

The staff was very professional agreed to you right at the door. I would highly recommend the valet parking. They are so quick and eager to please you and with three dollar an hour parking on the street. The valet parking is well worth the price. The room was very comfortable they had a balcony where you can view the fireworks.
