Amazing location in the heart of the romantic zone. Steps from muertos beach. Located on what the locals call "restaraunt row" 2 amazing roof top pools with a view of entire bay. But when you want to take a break you can relax in your peacefully quiet condo. With wall to wall open patio door.its just a great spot.

Perfect Location!!

This tastefully decorated condo is in the perfect location to experience Puerto Vallarta‘a best bars and restaurants. It is steps away from Los Muertos Beach, the Malecón, grocery markets, bakeries, fantastic shops and much, much more, with the added bonus of no hills to climb. Security This building is extremely secure with very friendly staff who are required to unlock the large gated door allowing you into, or out of, the building. Condo The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with the added bonus of a refrigerator with water and ice!! The one hitch is there is only a Keurig coffee maker, which requires K-cups that are not available in PV. We were aware of this, from a previous review, and packed our own K-cups. We had also communicated with the owner, prior to our arrival, and he generously provided a box of K-cups, so we could get our caffeine fix in the morning. The washer and dryer were an added luxury and worked very well. Pool Top Area and Amenities We spent a lot of time up top, enjoying the well maintained, spotlessly clean, heated infinity edge pool and hot tub. It’s the perfect place to be to whale watch, so don’t forget your binoculars! There are lounge chairs for sun worshiping and tables with umbrellas and double lounge chairs for shaded areas. Frederick, our VRBO host, met us upon arrival and checked in on us at least once a week. If we had any concerns or needed anything, he responded promptly. We are in love with this place and plan to return.

One Bedroom Noisy Apartment

This unit is a ONE bedroom not two as stated on the listing. There is a convertible sofa in the livingroom but that is not a second bedroom. Luckily it was just the two of us as we wanted the extra bedroom for our clothes and luggage. Thank god we didn’t have another couple with us! The good news is there was large closets with 4 deep drawers in the bedroom. The location of the building is fantastic. Central to everything in the romantic zone but the unit is on the second floor at the back overlooking the alleyway. The photos include a balcony shot which makes this unit appear to be a corner unit. It is not. There is a very busy local terrace directly across from the balcony at eye level that is busy all day and many late nights with noisy parties and NO privacy. There are no sheers on the windows and the curtain in the bedroom is not black-out. One random Wednesday we were kept up until 2am with a party on that terrace spilling out into the alley. The local neighbours upstairs inexplicably dragged furniture around day and night and stomped their feet while walking constantly usually from late afternoon until about 10pm. The bed in the ONE BEDROOM is a king and very comfortable. Nice pillows. And great to have the second bathroom. There are great tvs in the livingroom and bedroom. WiFi gives about 50mbs in the livingroom but almost no reception in the bedroom. The kitchen is nice but odd cabinets with very little dish ware and no place to put your groceries. There is a Kureg coffee maker but no local shops sell the pods. The common areas are stunning. The rooftop pool and gym are incredible and a welcome escape from the apartment. We did not love that you cannot let yourself into the building. Must wait for a doorman to notice you, walk across the huge lobby, and open the door for you. We spent our first 3 days continually being asked who we are and what unit we’re in etc. Very frustrating.
