The check in was bad. We did not get 2 doubles beds the first night, the the next day l, they wanted to leave us in the same room for another night. I had to explain in details so I could get priority in getting another room. Issue was fixed, entertainment staff were perfect and dining was amazing. Everyone was great except the front desk.

Room was good. Mostly good experience. Buggest issue was we asked for 2 bottles of water. Had to go to the main desk 3 times to ask because it took 3 hours before they finally showed up.

Considering the weather it was raining, the pool was great. Breakfast was very good. The mini bar was not stocked everyday. Staff were polite and the Consigner staff were very helpful. The room could use some updating and renovations.

Never got to the swim- up bar always overwhelmed with a group gathering. The lady that cleaned our room was the sweetest, but there was a leak in the ceiling in the toilet area. The pool area did not have enough wait staff. I was very very disappointed when I CLEARLY asked for a first floor room due to a hip injury and they put me on the 3rd floor. This resort will not be on my list to revisit unless there are some changes.

The staff were great and accommodating, fridge stocked with soda and beer. Swim up bar with drinks and entertainment daily. Great for relaxing. I recommend booking in the restaurants ahead of time, its 10x better than the buffet. But buffet is still good.
