CASA ITZEL is located within La Amada Residences; a private beach community in a beautiful natural environment with all the amenities to create a memorable stay. The Condo is brand new and elegantly finished with beautiful local furniture and everything you need for a very comfortable stay.
Condo consists of 3 large bedrooms tastefully decorated with top of the line mattresses and linens, and a small bedroom with a bunkbed. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. The Kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances, convection oven, toaster oven, microwave, water cooler, dual coffee maker, and more. The condo has large dining and living room area, and a large outdoor terrace with a seating and dining area as well! Towels, Linens, and Beach Towels provided
La Amada is located within Playa Mujeres, 25mns North of Cancun airport with its own marina and a spectacular Greg Norman designed golf course, biking trails, a full-service spa, fitness facilities, children’s play areas, tennis & basketball courts, rooftop pools, beach club with direct access to beach, beautifully landscaped grounds with interconnecting walking paths throughout. Our property manager will check you in personally upon arrival and assist you in anything you need for your stay.

Fantastic condo and resort.

We spent 10 days at Sonia’s condo and had a wonderful time. The condo is spacious and has everything you need. The resort is clean and has some great facilities. I would recommend using Messalina who cooked some great authentic Mexican meals for us.

I was impressed with Casa Itzel from the moment we stepped foot in the door and were greeted by Patty (Sonias property keeper). Her help with meals was a huge plus! Sonia’s place is absolutely beautiful! The condo is immaculate, spacious, and tastefully decorated. Very comfortable, tranquil and airy overlooking the beautiful marina and nature surroundings. It is conveniently located just steps from the private beach, pool and beach club restaurant. Casa Itzel is fully equipped with everything you need to feel right at home. Sonia made herself available at all times, she is quick to respond and incredibly resourceful. We felt relaxed, and very safe during our stay. Will 100% come back to Casa Itzel.

Wonderful adventure

First, kudos to the owner for excellent communication. She’s answered questions and calmed my fears. Beautiful location with easy walk to beach. No issues with finding a beach chair or palapa. Beach was a bit seaweedy but many places in the area are. Wonderful pool bar and water toys available. The chef prepared amazing breakfasts each day and dinner. This was a highlight. Mayra was amazing The biggest negatives were the location is remote so no late night food deliveries and beach club restaurant closed at 5:30. Definitely a wonderful experience and super safe location. I would absolutely stay here again.

December to Remember

We had a great time at Sonia’s place. It is beautiful. We felt very safe with the two gate security. It is important to note that this is a true three bedroom residence with a separate entrance for the 4th (tiny) bedroom. Thanks again Sonia for a wonderful stay!
