Very well situated hotel within the ramparts of Old Quebec. Walkable to all areas in Old Quebec as well as other parts of the city such as Limoilou and Saint Roch. Room was well maintained and clean. We had two small issues. There was clear documentation that rooms were cleaned every 5 days but we had to ask for housekeeping on the 6th day without. Although we arranged parking months prior and reconfirmed a few days prior, all stalls were full when we arrived to park in the evening. I think this was due to a snow pile in one of the stalls which could have been avoided either by not booking this stall or by clearing the snow (it hadn’t snowed for the last week), unfortunately it’s an issue with the remote reception concept (no staff on site).

We found the unit to be well organized and properly stocked with household items we would need for our stay. We cooked more than what we ate at restaurants. Any questions I had were answered in a timely manner. We will stay there again

I loved that the rooms came with a fully equipped kitchen. Pots, pans, bowels, coffee mugs you name it they have it. The only thing I wish they had would probably be just the basic shampoo and conditioner. 10/10 will be staying again.
