"I chose this property as I was at a concert at the O2. I got the cable car from the Royal docks which is basically beside the hotel to the 02. It was a lovely stay and got an upgrade which was nice. Really friendly staff too. Only Shame is no fridge in the room. Nice hotel and it’s on the water. "

"The check in agent was a customer service top notch person and very well suited for his job thus being a very good ambassador for the this hotel company. The welcoming and friendliness that we were met with by this guy made a huge impression and the check in a pure delight. The room was clean and comfortable with just enough space for its purpose. Bathroom was clean but like a plastic module like you find onboard an airplane but a a little bit bigger due to having the shower area moulded in to the module. The shower floor gets very slippery when wet and you can easily slip and fall if you don’t take it carefully when you are making a move or getting out. Had an iron and an ironing board placed over in the wardrobe area that’s located at the opposite end of the entrance of the room, next to the little desk and the window. "
