Bathroom dispensers of hand soap, shampoo, etc. were ALL COMPLETELY EMPTY. Property could use a renovation. It is as mostly clean, just worn. Dead cockroach carcass on kitchen floor. Hope that means the pest control did a good job.

Staff were wonderfully friendly! Breakfast was really nice. The room was a bit worn and not the cleanest… and freezing cold on check in and so big that the heating system got part broiling while the thermostat had no control! But the people were welcoming, happy and fun - the most important thing!

The hotel is clean and the rooms are very comfortable. The coffee in the lobby is good as well, strong and not watered down. My only problem with this hotel is they are still doing COVID breakfast where you fill out a card and pick up a brown paper bag in the morning with pre-wrapped, microwavable food. I really miss the hot buffet.

Had requested being on the parking lot side but was put on the freeway side which is noisier. Stayed in the one bedroom with kitchenette which is very spacious but old and needs some inexpensive updating, like plug-ins on the bedroom nightstand and a brighter kitchen light..

A charge for parking in this area is completely ridiculous. The complimentary breakfast was not the typical setup- not hot and fresh, just a list of items to order the night before- which I wasn’t told about so I didn’t get to have anything. The hallway carpets are so old there are seams and they are lifted and loose. Dirty surfaces in the rooms with a sharp pointed curtain pin on the window sill which could’ve injured a small child or pet. Not even a hello or acknowledgment from morning staff. Place needs a major renovation.
