Great little place for a weekend getaway

We enjoyed our stay over New Years weekend. The unit was cozy and clean and the host was very communicative and friendly. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Great location

Perfect location for Balboa Park and 2 minute access to I-5, great sheets and towels with comfy beds. Nothing fancy, no AC or central heat, but wall heater does a reasonable job. The rest of the place is dated (50s?) but quite functional and clean.

Nice place to hang hat for a few nights in San Diego, easy access to downtown and other areas. Close to freeways. No AC in unit very stuffy even with fans. We were there on a hot and humid weekend though. Owner very responsive.
