The Sheraton uses the Marriott Bonavoy app. Sent an email prior to check in encouraging the use of the app to expedite check in and use while staying to order food. Neither of these were true as the app still made me physically check in wasting 30 min at the front desk and when I attempted to order food the app connected to an east coast hotel!! The hallway of the floor I was on had a very very bad ordor. Strong enough it made me gag when getting ice. I told the hotel and nothing was done about it and no follow up. Hotel staff shrugged off the app issues saying “oh yeah that happens all the time”. Bed was hard. So we actually left early evening and chose to sleep at home since it was a staycation.

Was sent an email suggesting to log into the Marriott Bonovoy app to check in via the app and expedite the process. Nothing within the app allowed me to do that and had to still physically check in at counter and wait behind a line to do so. When I arrived at room there was a fo smell in the hallways. Not sure what it is or why?!? I mentioned to front desk about the app issue and they said “yeah we get it all the time”. The email also stated you could use app to order room service but this was not the case as we tried to and it ended up being a hotel COMPLETELY ACROSS THE COUNTRY!!! When I asked hotel directly there was no room service available. Very very disappointing considering the price paid!!!
