"I thoroughly enjoyed the property, entertainment and food!! The room was cleaned and refreshed everyday. The hallways smelled delightful. Staff was very accommodating. My only complaint is that we found during turn down service, a mini bottle of our liquor was stolen. I didnt complain to the front desk, I just requested that we not have turn down service anymore during our stay. Other than that, I would recommend this hotel, just lock all your stuff up. "

"Great resort, staff was friendly. The bar tender OVI was such a pleasure. His professionalism was unmatched. We told him me and my wife was there for my birthday and the next day he surprised us with a birthday balloon. Such a nice gesture. Thanks OVI and staff for such a nice birthday experience!!! "We stayed for two nights with kids. The hotel has many fun activities for the whole family. The staff is so friendly (Housekeeping, front desk, pool staff, and etc! All very friendly) We did a cabana on our pool day, and our server Gabriel was awesome. Very attentive and allowed us to have separate bills. He was very patient and kind to the kids in our group. A+ Service from Gabriel. Our only pool complaint would be that there is not enough seating to accommodate all the guests. We really had no choice but to do a cabana as there were zero chairs available. We were lucky to snag the last cabana which is smaller and less private than the others. The location was great. We didn't realize it was comic con at the convention center that weekend, so the traffic was really bad on Saturday but the non-event days were fine. I love that this hotel allows walking distance to T-Mobile district which is fun for kids and adults. They also have a shuttle to OSJ, I didn't get to use it so I can't review it. But it was nice that it was an option. I'd stay here again. "
