"This hotel was fairly unkept - some Areas were updated. Construction banging all day and was not listed as being under Reno. Felt unsafe. Main area forms Seemed updated but bedding did not fit the beds and the bathrooms were not updated "

"We got an upgraded room, which didn’t look any different from the original room I book or come with anything different from the original room I booked. So that kind of sucked. Parking was absolutely terrible."

"It's a comfortable reasonably priced hotel in downtown. This was the second time I've stayed there in the last month. The first stay was problem free, however the second time, construction began in the room above me early in the morning until i checked out. It might not have bothered me if they were upfront about the ongoing renovation prior to booking, however their was warning provided. "

"Good location near restaurants and cafes; however, some of the room’s windows give into the attached mall. Lots of vagrants screaming and being extremely noisy at night which woke me up several times. Room condition and cleanliness was fine, nothing noteworthy. Overall, acceptable for short stays / business trip."
