the room was clean and comfortable. No elevator to the second floor. For me it was not an issue but for someone who has mobility challenges it may be a problem.

Everything was just OK except the curb at the entrance which is not marked properly so multiple customers have driven over the curb. We also drove over the curb and damage our car extensively underneath! The receptionist at the check in was not overly concerned and the reception at the check out did not know about it. The was also no complimentary water in the fridge. We are totally disappointed at Hilton for allowing a hotel with safety issues, luck of attention to details ie no water and also level of cleanliness, the bathroom fan intake cover had black balls of dirt in both rooms.
