The beds were comfortable, however, the room had a smell, the bathroom is old and has permanent mildew and was tiny. The bath towels, look so nice and white, but had hair on them that was not mine. The bed also had hair under the top sheet layer. I wouldn’t stay here again. I was in town for a wedding so the location worked to get to the venue. But for the price, that’s insane to smell like that. It made it feel like the entire room was dirty.

Room is very clean. Pillows are comfortable. Great strong shower. Very friendly and efficient front desk service, house keeping serviceand restaurant waiters and waitresses. The only problem is no air circulation when having hot shower. Needed to open the shower door.

Prepaid reservation not found. Charged twice.

Booked a prepaid Hotels.com reservation day of stay. Upon arrival they said they had no record of my reservation. Showed my confirmation email/receipt. Would not honour that or en email sent by Hotels.com to the front desk confirming I had already paid for my room. Upon check out was given a bill so I ended paying twice for a 3* star room. They totally put the issue back to Hotel.com even with their confirmation sent directly to front desk, which the hotel said they hadn't received until I asked. more than once, for them to check again. Will definitely not be rushing back to this hotel.
