Everything was clean, tidy and the staff was very well spoken. Polite, charming and kind. This was my second visit. Regettably, the pool wasn't available. Otherwise, we were very comfortable.

Gave a good rating at first. Once in our rooms many things happened to sour our experience. Will never stay and do not recommend. Plus it's in a terrible part of town surrounded by crackheads. Just don't waste your money. Better places to stay.

Hotel clean but showing its age. Hotel is connected to shopping mall. Shopping mall has significant empty space, no upscale stores and most stores closed by1800. This is not a hotel issue, but we had expected that the hotel being connected to the mall would provided advantages that were not realized. Room had a bathroom with outer foyer with a sink. Having to sinks/mirror was great. However, the lighting for the bathroom and foyer were not independent and switch was located outside the foyer. So when bathroom was used and partner was still abed, it was not possible to prevent room from being lighted by closing bathroom door, foyer light could still illuminate sleeping area. Possibly unique to the room, but the in-room coffeemaker was designed for demi-tasse size vs cup size.

Breakfast was okay. I wouldn't say it was the best I had at a Raddison. There were not many options available and everyday was the exact same. The courtyard was nice but you had to access it through the pool area which made it a slippery trek causing dirt and outdoor debris to form on the deck. Im not sure how someone with a wheelchair would be able to access the courtyard. Takeout was not an option as there was no where to eat it in the hotel because the only place with tables was the restaurant and we couldn't bring any outside food. Overall my stay was okay but I have had better stays at other Raddison's.

Surprised to see a hotel in this condition that holds the Radisson name. The room was dirty and had garbage on the floor, which shows the lack of care put into cleaning it. Parking was also a nightmare as you need to use the shopping centre’s sketchy lot, then wander through the whole hotel and convention centre area to get back to the guest rooms. Overall it’s a pretty rundown hotel, but is good enough for a night.

The breakfast was good and had a nice selection, which I appreciated. The room itself was okay, but I was disappointed to find that it wasn’t properly cleaned there was a lot of dust and dirt under the bed, as if it hadn’t been cleaned for a while. I informed the reception and requested a cleaner. The cleaner came and mopped the floor, but unfortunately, the dirt and dust were not fully removed. Overall, the stay was decent, but the cleanliness definitely needs improvement.
