I didnt like being woken up at 9:30am to be asked if I needed towels and if room cud be made up??? we had a 3 hr time difference so this would of been 6:30am our time and it was not appreciated. They cud wait till check out time at least of 11am.

I booked a suite with a king and was given 2 queen beds in a small room. I’m 6’7” tall and my feet hang off the bed. No price adjustment, no email warning me that this change was taking place. Nothing. Not pleased how much I paid for a small room with small beds
