Book a hotel near Upper Canada Mall, Toronto

"The stay was fine until 4 am and I was woken up by idk what a very loud noise that I can’t explain. Sounded like loud pipes. I was In a suite on the fourth floor with a jacuzzi tub. When I went downstairs to tell the front desk, I noticed I was two doors over from a boiler room? Which I think that’s where the noise was coming from regardless the staff didn’t compensate me for being woken up at 4 o’clock, don’t stay in room 401 unless you wanna get woken up at 4 AM."

"Great location and free parking on p2 level. Stay was good, no real issues but a little bit more annoyed about having to goto 12th floor to the front desk because the key cards got deactivated every one of the 4 nights I stayed there. "

"The dishwasher was disgusting. There was garbage in there and dishes from the last person or whoever. Who knows how long that was in there. The one bathroom shower, the tub kept plugging up. I checked the drains there was so much hair in there. It was so gross. Definitely not worth the money I paid. The ceiling in the hallways are all brown on the sides too. There is no hot tub, and they cut off breakfast at 9:30am which is too early. Should be 10am. The place also smelled, had to buy air feshners. Unsure if it’s the carpet or what. But there was a smell to the room. "

"Rooms were very clean and designed well. Beds are extremely uncomfortable however. Surprised how there was no sweetener available for coffee with breakfast as well as limited options given room rates. It could be an excellent hotel with minor tweaks to comfort and breakfast options"

"Had to pay for parking. Should be included or preferred no charge at all. "
