LUX LIGHTHOUSE LOOKOUT (LUX) is just 1 block from the Atlantic City Boardwalk, 2 blocks from the best beach, & 1 block from the historic Absecon Lighthouse! Guests are within walking distance to casinos, restaurants, shops, indoor waterparks, Steel Pier, & so much more. Of course, AC also offers sandy beaches & awesome waves.

AC is the only shore point in the northeast that's a truly a year-round destination due to its vibrant entertainment scene, top-notch dining destinations, & comprehensive shopping experiences.

LUX backs to a park that stretches from the lighthouse all the way to the inlet, resulting in vast, unobstructed & unparalleled views of the lighthouse, city & ocean that will take your breath away, & can be relished from the 3 furnished levels of decks.

LUX is the ONLY unit in Lighthouse Row that was brought to life by a veteran designer, who meticulously scrutinized every detail of the interior & exterior spaces. It’s a 2025-built, 3-story, semi-detached townhome with the main living space on the 3rd level which is comprised of a large great room, 1 of 5 bedrooms & a deck topped with a mahogany ceiling. Let’s start there & work our way down.


— THE GREAT ROOM —

After guests ascend the two flights of stairs & the space begins to reveal itself, they typically have a WOW look on their faces. It’s evident they are in a designer home that just feels right. It’s extremely warm & eclectic, yet somehow highly polished & cohesive. It’s got a vintage vibe yet still manages to be modern. It’s a visually arresting mix of styles achieved by the designer’s use of various wood tones, metals & textures, which are uniformly spread throughout the space. Splashes of teal & blue were sparingly injected, as to not infringe upon the overall Zen feeling achieved through liberal use of earth tones. The overall design envelopes guests in warmth.

The kitchen, dining & living areas are combined under a vaulted ceiling, so everyone in the entire space can comfortably enjoy each other’s company, the incredible views, the TV, & the fireplace.

The high-end kitchen boasts modern appliances, soft-close cabinets, granite counters/backsplash & an island with solid wood stools. 3 exquisite seagull sculptures soar above the island, & sway with the least bit of air movement. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishware, drinkware, silverware, cooking utensils, pots, pans, blender, coffee maker, toaster, tea kettle, etc. A washer & dryer closet is conveniently just off the kitchen.

The dining area seats 10 at a stunningly beautiful, sintered stone table with a perfectly scaled, coastal chandelier hovering above. The table is only outdone by the sleek fireplace wall adorned with custom solid wood, acoustic panels. The fireplace not only looks sexy, but it also emits heat. The spectacular views from the dining room windows (& ALL windows along the entire length of the house) are of the lighthouse & cityscape. Because LUX is an end unit, it is the only one in this enclave of homes with these spectacular views!

The living room portion of the great room is as much of a visual delight as the rest of the space. It offers seating for 12 through the utilization of 2 club chairs, & a large sectional sofa backed by a custom-built, solid walnut bar with 4 stools. This results in everyone having a comfortable place to take in the 75” smart TV, which is backlit against another stunning, solid wood paneled wall. It’s hard to pick a star of the great room, but it may just be the massive, 800-pound, solid ash, shelf astonishingly hovering over a set of double doors that lead out to the upper deck.
The generously sized upper deck offers breathtaking views of the lighthouse, cityscape, & the Atlantic Ocean. It's outfitted with a high-end, counter-height, dining set for 10, allowing guests to take in the spectacular views while dinning alfresco.


— PENTHOUSE BEDROOM —

Completing the upper level is a luxurious bedroom called the Penthouse. It is 1 of 5 bedrooms & features a vaulted ceiling, ceiling fan, sitting area, & show-stopping wall of upholstered panels with matching queen platform bed. It is also 1 of 2 masters with direct access to a luxurious, full bathroom. Shower with a killer view of the lighthouse.

The remaining 4 bedrooms are all located on the second level.


— ZEN BEDROOM —

This is the second master bedroom & features a king bed, ceiling fan, & smart TV. A wall of mandalas combined with tall rattan vases gives it a Zen feel. Being the second master bedroom, it has direct access to a luxurious bathroom with marble tile, walk in shower, frosted window, & hip sconces.


— BOHO BEDROOM —

A palm leaf wall mural, hanging planters & rattan seahorse, combine with solid wood furnishings to give this room a very chill, beach vibe in a tasteful manner. The queen bed is flanked by geometric, teakwood nightstands from India & nautical lamps with touch-power bases & USB charging ports. There’s also a ceiling fan, smart TV.

— ROYALTY BEDROOM —

This mesmerizing room is quite simply a work of art. Featuring a custom designed, rose wall mural, the remaining walls are painted a rich black, which pops the white trim & provides a perfect backdrop for 3 more elegant seagull sculptures that sway with the least bit of air movement. A rich, upholstered king bed with gold pillows & fluffy bedding is royalty worthy. The overall look is highly romantic & reminiscent of a tuxedo with gold cufflinks. This room also has a smart TV & ceiling fan.


— GREEN ROOM —

GREEN ROOM refers to a room entertainers hang out in before taking stage. With AC’s rich history in the entertainment, it was fitting to add one to LUX! This multifunctional space oozes nostalgic glamor yet manages to do so in an unpretentious, tasteful manner. It features a wall of geometric tiles with a backlit 65” TV, retro photos relating to AC, & instruments hanging from the walls. A comfy, retro-looking sofa with 2 swivel club chairs are melded together by 4 geometric tables that form a single coffee table. There’s even a mini fridge, so guests don’t have to trek all the way upstairs to get their favorite beverage. Offering stunning views this room has direct access to the second-level deck, which is outfitted with a sectional sofa, coffee table, & 2 lounge chairs.

Back to the multifunctional thing. The white cabinetry seen in the photos houses a luxurious queen Murphy bed, that floats to the ground with the tug of a finger. The modular living room furniture allows for this hangout to quickly & easily transform into a luxurious bedroom. The bed even has pullout nightstands.


— THE GARAGE/GAME ROOM —

2.5 car garage with room for 2 vehicles, but why bother when there's parking out front for 3 & many more on the lot just across our private road? Parking is at a premium in AC, so this is a nice perk. Plenty of room for beach toys, bikes, suitcases, etc. There’s also a game room section with a TV, bar, Pop-A-Shot game, shuffleboard table & arcade.


— BACK PATIO & SIDE YARD —

The patio is covered just like the two decks above it, with a private, enclosed outdoor shower, quality chairs.

The private side yard is a bonus area that no other unit offers & has a Weber propane grill.
