Perfect, serene cottage right on the lake, offering everything you can possibly imagine in the way of amenities. We were attending a wedding at Renault winery and this was a few miles away. Our cottage was. comfortable. and spotless! We brought our pet. We sat outside on the deck. I went kayaking and we were able to relax the entire time. Highly recommend the lake house at Swan Lake.

Close to Edwin Forsythe and Ocean City Rookery

As life can throw us curve balls, we needed a getaway. I looked for a quiet place close to the Nature places listed in the title to take pictures! This unit is very comfortable and has more of what you need than most places. Took a quick walk on the trails with the dog, very nice! I believe the black swans are the only two and are beautiful. We had a great meal at Oyster Creek, and there is a bakery in the Smithville shops.

Cute house, amazing view, directly on the lake ..very relaxing, we enjoyed our daily visit from the swans, muscovies and the family of geese--mom, dad, and 5 babies. There were fresh flowers waiting for us!Very nice and minutes from Smithville. We highly recommend!

Great place!

A very clean house and a great view of the lake. We were under the impression it was a bit more secluded and not part of a bigger community with houses not immediately near but it ended up being just fine. Interior of the house is wonderful. Only issue we had was that the ice dispenser in the refrigerator didn’t work which causes a minor inconvenience but again, not a big deal.
