The Bedrooms

-Primary Bedroom: Spacious with a king-sized bed, abundant closet space, beachy décor, room-darkening shades, a smart TV, and ductless AC for personalized comfort.

-Second Bedroom: Features a queen-sized bed, private balcony with bay views, closet, dresser, smart TV, and ductless AC.

-Third Bedroom: A coastal vibe with a queen-sized bed, walk-in closet, room-darkening shades, and a smart TV.

Living Areas

-An open, airy space with high ceilings, natural light, and coastal décor.
-Comfortable sectional sofa, coffee table, and a 65” smart TV with all streaming services.
-Board games and cards are available for family fun.

The Kitchen

-Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a fridge/freezer with an ice maker, oven, stove, and dishwasher.
-Large island with seating and an adjacent dining room for extra space.
-Coffee maker stocked with coffee, tea, and creamer for your mornings.

Bathrooms

-A spacious upstairs bathroom with double vanity, a large shower, a skylight, and a jacuzzi tub.
-A convenient half bath on the first floor.

-Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi with extenders ensuring a strong connection throughout the property. There are two separate workstations, one in the kitchen and one in the dining area, to ensure convenience while working remotely.

-Central AC and baseboard heating.

-Multiple dining areas, including a front patio, upstairs deck, and back patio, all equipped with tables and seating.

-The garage is stocked with beach chairs, a wagon, and toys for your seaside adventures.
Guest access
Entering the main house requires 1-2 steps. The bedrooms and full bathroom are upstairs which takes about 15 steps and there is a hand railing to assist in walking up the stairs. The half bathroom is on the main floor and there are two additional steps between the living area and the dining area before reaching the half bathroom and kitchen areas.
Other things to note
When staying at this property, there is a $35 "management fee." This is a damage waiver that covers our guests for up to $1,500 in damages in lieu of securing a security deposit.

The property also consists of a cottage in the rear that is also rented to guests. That unit has a separate entrance at the top of the driveway. This unit is the "main" home and none of the amenities are shared with the other unit. Guests can expect that the backyard is shared with the guests from the cottage because the backyard is how the cottage is accessed.
