We weren’t traveling with a pet and this was the first pet friendly hotel we’ve stayed at and I wouldn’t do it again. Areas smelled of pet urine. Hotel needs updating. Staff was good. Especially the valet service.

Convenient access to the convention center, shopping and restaurants. Front desk staff was accommodating and friendly. Parking was easy and multiple spaces were available. Hotel lobby has the Miss America attraction which was a nice change. The gift shop with the Starbucks was a nice, convenient feature. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I recommend anyone who is staying at the convention center to stay at this hotel.

I absolutely love the Sheraton Atlantic City The front desk the best and the room great, super clean the bar 2nd level great services. This is the only hotel I’ve ever ever spent time at and will not go to no other. Perfect staff from heather the manager she always greet everyone Eleuthera the best smile her customer service is impeccable.I pray she don’t ever leave . I’m a traveling infectious disease np and it’s great to leave the stress of New York and have the best hotel in AC to really relax. Best service best stay..

There were too many children. As soon as we got to the elevator, a group of children screamed and ran from a couple who had two little dogs. Unfortunately, they were on our floor!
