Very walkable to the port where we were to get on ship. Wonderful room The staff was very accommodating. We arrived early from our flight and they let us check in early. Would highly recommend this hotel...especially if you are cruising!

There’s something weird going on at this place, we made several complaints about banging and screaming from a room and were ultimately told they knew of a problem but couldn’t disclose it and couldn’t remedy the situation except to relocate us…. Oh but there were no other rooms large enough to accommodate us. So we had to quickly pack, wake up our sleeping kids (it was almost midnight) and find a last minute hotel with room availability. The situation was scary and it felt unsafe to stay the night here.
