Great location in old town. Easy walking to pubs, restaurants and shopping. Disappointments: Unlike other 4 star hotels the front desk personnel were efficient but really had no interest in you, they were there to punch the right buttons,say the right things and next... Breakfast was the same, no enthusiasm or cheerfulness, they were there just to get through the day. The room was relatively clean but the room and hallways need a good vacuuming. Bottom line, yes we would stay there again but my expectations would be lowered.

The TV didn't work; I was moved three times to address the matter. The phone also did not work; a technician had to spend an hour addressing this concern. it is not a 4-star hotel--at all. The facility is dilapidated, the rooms smelled like mildew and the shower floors were unclean. I will not stay here again.
