We stayed there about a month ago and besides some issues inside our room it was overall good. Most bc the front staff was great so we came back. This time our toilet wasn’t working and even though we asked no one came (different front desk) also that wasn’t water pressure on the shower. So I not coming back

The staff at front desk were all extremely friendly. The girl at the breakfast was also very friendly and polite. The place was overall very good and clean. The room could use a little more attention to the details in cleaning for example: the sink was stained dark and some dishes was not well washed. If you are using the sofa as a bed is very comfortable but if you open it to be a bigger bed it still had “memories” from other guests like tags and pens. If you not looking at the details it is indeed very clean. But if you look at the corners you will see some old dust. Since everything else was very clean and the people were nice I would go back for sure.

They cancelled my stay last second, nobody helped

The hotel cancelled the reservation without any reason, the last minute and I had to sleep in the car since there was no room available in Boston

Great place to stay. The hotel is clean and welcoming. Staff are pleasant especially the receptionist, Sofia who welcomed us with a big smile and friendly tone.
