Relaxing couple of days

Cool factor for the look of this resort is off the charts, and the service was impeccable. The room was comfortable and the food in the onsite restaurant was very good. The resort seems to be rebuilding after some sort of major storm, with parts of it closed off to guests. (We got a discounted rate, which we felt good about depite the ongoing construction.) There is literally nothing you can walk to from the resort (some sort of convenience mart onsite would be helpful) and nearby noise from a very busy road is constant and loud. But if you want a relaxing experience primarilysunning and swimming... and can bring a sound machine or ear buds for sleeping... I recommend for the aesthetic and service.

The staff were great, the hotel had very eccentric features and the room was very enjoyable. The restaurant was beautiful but the quality of food was needing some improvement. Really liked the chilaquiles. Overall a nice experience! Would highly recommend staying there!

It’s just in a strange location. You will hear traffic and you can’t walk anywhere. It’s still under construction because it was damaged by the hurricane. So I would think they would offer more of a discount on rooms and food since there’s only one restaurant open now and you can’t even access half of the resort. Staff was friendly though. I would return when they rebuild.

Relaxing location

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a very clean resort. Calm and relaxing. We did read about the road noise due to it being right near the highway. We didnt mind it except for an occasional loud motorcycle. All if the staff was very kind and helpful.

The staff at this hotel is amazing! We were in a room that was on the highway and holy it was loud. The resort does give you ear plugs for free. The beach section is a bit of a walk and small when you get there. Wasn’t a problem for us because it wasn’t busy season when we were there. Very good service by all staff! We only stayed one night as we had a delay in our flight.

Had a good 2 night stay. Glad I had a car as everything feels remote. Stand out lobby, just beautiful. Had the luxury studio w the stairs up to the porch. Be sure to look at crme reviews of the property to get accurate rvws of the stay. Half price of others but you get what you pay for. NT will stay right on pretty white sand.

The stay was overall good! The staff were excellent, friendly, respectful and helpful. The property was beautiful but there were areas closed or under repair. Beach area was small, private, and not what you would want for your stay in Cancun because it is more conservation territory than beach tourism. We did not like that it was not all inclusive, but that was apart of the price. The food was limited and in the restaurant, it was okay. The staff honestly compensated for the lack of other things. The water/utilities were okay. We had trouble with our air conditioner and found it best to leave the key card in the room to keep it cool. The water shut off randomly and then turned back on, so that was unexpected. You have to uber from the hotel to anywhere. The positive, it was really close to the airport! The negative? The metro buses stopped at a certain point and you had to call an uber the rest of the way to the hotel.
