The good news: The hotel is nice and the staff were friendly and attentive. The hotel is clean and the beach area is nice. The room was well appointed and comfortable. The bad news: The check-in process seemed slow. We got to the hotel 5 and a half hours later than expected due to flight delays and they said our room wasn’t ready which we thought was a little odd. The worst part was that we both got food poisoning and had to spend the last day and a half in our room. Since the vacation was only for 3 nights it was disappointing. We are pretty sure the food poisoning came from the outdoor bbq that we attended the first night we were there. Perishable food and hot temperatures don’t mix!

We love this resort we stayed for 7 days ,everything was wonderful. My favorite place was the buffet we had great service from the waiters Rafael,Arco ,Mónica,Lupita y Gerardo. Excelente servicio siempre muy atentos y muy agradables. También recibimos el servicio en la area de la piscina de Sofia, muy amable siempre pendiente de cada detalle . Gracias por sus excelente atencuón. Recomiendo éste resort a familiares e amigos. 🏝🏝🏝❤️❤️💃💃🍺

This property was very lovely and gave a chic vibe. Not one of the larger resorts I’ve been to but was a plus that everything was in walkable distance. The various restaurants we visited had a different vibe and the food and beverages were excellent. Great pool vibes especially the rooftop pool on the XCelerate building and the evening entertainment was fun too. Overall a great place for a quick girls trip getaway.

We really enjoyed our stay at Breathless! The building is beautiful and well cared for. The pools and beach area are clean. The rooms were cleaned everyday but there were some areas that are starting to show some aging. We were quite disappointed with the entertainment. Almost every night, it was only a DJ and it was up to us to dance or not. There wasn’t much to do in the evening as a result. The food there was pretty good, though some of the main dishes at a few restaurants were not good. The buffet was our favorite! The spa was amazing and I got the best massage of my life there. Overall, it’s a beautiful and well cared for resort and we enjoyed our stay.
