Staff was great! Go for the All-Inclusive upgrade! Go ahead and get at least one level upgrade on the room! Beach Club service was quick and the food was good. Pool service was good too.

The resort was great. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. It was very clean. The breakfast was amazing! The beach was pretty packed, but the water was beautiful. Such a gorgeous turquoise color. You can’t go out very far because boats come in and you could definitely get ran over pretty easily. Not the best for snorkeling, but if you want to just get into the water waste deep and float around, it’s great.

The only thing I didn’t like was the checking process which I am aware is at 3pm but my knee was swollen and I asked for early check in so I can rest my knee and we were dismissed completely repeatedly saying we will have your room ready at 3pm.’Food was amazing. The staff were very friendly. The beach club is beautiful. The drinks at the pool bar were very good as well. Our room was beautiful and comfortable. We had a great time overall.

Definitely one of the best places to stay in Mexico. Beach is beautiful and water is crystal clear. Multiple options for activities off the resort. This is a quiet, peaceful property. Not a party place. Food was delicious! No complaints at all. Stayed August 2025

This was my 3rd time In Isla Mujeres and the worst all inclusive and food quality was awful. And I got sick 3 times . Beach are too close to all the ferry and boat. I will not recommend. People over charged and room was not worthy to pay.

The food was average but the steak house and the Asian restaurant were delicious. The service was mediocre, some servers were there just for a job as well as the bartenders. This is more of a relaxing resort not alot going on. They did have one fire show during a 7 day stay. I didn’t care for the music at the bars, it was instrumental.
