It was awful. From the first day I got there the shower was taking a long time to drain we had to wait at least an hour if not longer for the next person to shower. The 2nd day the same issue but worse, they sent somebody to unclogged the shower still didn’t work. Almost missed one of our excursions due to this issue. They refused to give us a different room saying they was all booked up. Wouldn’t recommend

We had a great time at the Seadust, the food was great the resort atmosphere, cleanness and service was fantastic. Some areas of the resort can use a little facelift but overall no complaints, the beach was great with killing sunrises every morning.

There were cockroaches in our room, the room was beyond outdated and the food was terrible. Overall, it was a very bad experience and I would never recommend anyone else to stay at Seadust. This was supposed to be a nice family vacation but it turned out to be a disaster. Very disappointed.

Room was superb, staff was efficient. the only issue was that staff cannot communicate in English. They only understand Spanish, which was a big issue when needed something. Specially in buffet food it was not possible to know the main ingriedents of the food

We could definitely tell this was on the lower end for All Inclusive resorts. It would have been nice to have received some sort of map of the resort. We were still finding things at the end of our stay. We found it odd that restaurants were closed on Friday and Saturday. The buffet was mid range, at best. And the ice cream machine was always “It will be ready in 10 minutes.” The mini golf was old and a joke. We never saw the zip line being used, so had to assume it was broken, the tennis courts was beyond laughable with the broken net. We were looking forward to using boogie boards at the beach, but they were not available. We also didn’t realize the kayaks couldn’t be used at our beach. Daniel and the Infinity Club were a complete scam. We were interested only to be told that “our faces didn’t look excited.” So we were asked to leave. David was extremely nice. He helped with drinks down on the beach. He was very pleasant and friendly. Our room ran out of toilet paper and the shampoo/conditioner was horrible. Our server at the Italian restaurant didn’t want to work the night we were there. He avoided us and never even filled up our water let alone our wine. The host at the Japanese restaurant was good. He was stern with the guests who were trying to cut ahead in the time slot. It was about a 2 hour wait to be seated. The mariachi band was nice, but certainly no need for a microphone. It was extremely loud. Suggest having more food options at the Cactus.
