This was my first time in Mexico at an all inclusive. Villa del palmar was more than I expected. Every single staff member was exceptional. The amenities were outstanding. The whole resort was very clean and well maintained.

The staff were amazing and very accommodating! From the rooms down to the landscaping, everything was clean and tidy. The rooms are comfortable and very cozy. Everything you need and want for a resort. We booked two different resorts so we could compare, and just arrived to the second resort “Majestic Elegance” and are already wanting to go back to Villa Palmar. 😑

Everything was awesome. Our room was gorgeous and house-keeping was on top of it! We loved the pool and beach service and the service was excellent in every respect! We hated to leave to come back to snowy Ohio. While I like to travel to different areas and different resorts I am considering going back to this resort in the near future.
