The house was large and clean and beautiful. What was better than we expected about this house included: a) the house is behind a gate with a 24-hour security guard; b) there is a great convenience store within 2 blocks of the house, for beer, eggs, bread, etc; c) there are only 4 condos that share the infinity pool, so the pool is very private, with beach and ocean access is immediately below the pool; and d) there are several large common areas, both inside and outside, with beautiful views. What would have been great to know includes: a) Spanish is the preferred language of the owners; and, b) like most homes in Mexico, no toilet paper can go into the toilets, but goes into a nearby trash can instead.
