The room was clean and bright and the staff were all very attentive. We were there for a play and we enjoyed coming back to the hotel bar afterwards. We always stay at the Hotel Chicago whenever we're in town!

Would recommend this hotel. Location is great on the water. Very friendly and helpful staff. Checkin was quick and efficient. Room was clean and spacious with fridge & coffee making facilities, iron and board, safe and hairdryer available. Only gripe and this is not a big deal but the rooms used to have an alarm clock that contained usb ports which is very useful for me as an oversees visitor wanting to charge phone etc. without using 2 pin adaptors etc. these clocks are no longer available and there are now no usb ports in the room, its not a big issue, but it would be convenient to have them back.
