Amazing staff! I was able to check in early and I was always greeted! The room with the window seat city view was stunning! I had my coffee there every morning! They sent out my outgoing mail and accommodated me while I needed to leave my luggage after check out for my ballet lesson. I highly recommend and will come back!

Wonderful location, nice decor and comfortable lobby area for relaxing. We also enjoyed the onsite restaurant, Perilla for a unique experience. All of the staff were helpful and pleasant during our stay. Would definitely return and highly recommend if you’re looking for something different than the typical chain hotels.

Very friendly staff. We were able to check in early, which was nice. The room was clean. Window bench was awesome. Loved the location. We really enjoyed the Riverwalk. Beautiful city! ❤️

Great great hotel for a visit to Chicago. The location is really convenient, within walkable distance to main points of interest in the city. The rooms are very spacious, clean and equipped with most things you would need. The coffee service in the lobby is very convenient too! Overall, would recommend this place to anyone.

If you were looking for a no-frills convenient location to stay for a night or two in Chicago, this place is fine. If you are looking for a high-end experience, this place is not for you. One positive is that the rooms are quiet, beds are comfortable and the coffee bar is a nice touch. Do not expect great service or for the staff to respond adequately to your needs or requests.
