The hotel was clean and attentive. They quickly provided everything we asked for. I’d a short walk to restaurants and to the river. The steakhouse inside the hotel was excellent. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Valet/concierge/bell staff Antonio, Tony and the rest of the staff were exceptional, very friendly and kind. They surprised us with in-room service delivery champagne for our 25th wedding anniversary, a milestone year, and also a decadent chocolate cupcake for my 49th birthday with a personal note for each occasion! Exceptional! The room was spacious, the window ledge were awesome feature, bathroom amenities were great, there’s even a yoga mat and weights in the room, and robes to use. We had a perfect view of the NYE fireworks from our window so we enjoyed it in our comfy pjs and not have to go out. We would definitely come back!

Loved our stay here. Everything was clean, our room was nice. We were able to check in early since a room was available and the lady at the front desk was kind. Actually all the staff that was there was so nice and friendly. We were always greeted every time we walked in and left, all with smiles. Really enjoyed their coffee bar area, it was so nice to come back after walking in the cold and warm up. We were near all the things we wanted to do, perfect location. We did try their restaurant as well and the food was delicious! Would definitely come back and stay here again!

Overall, our stay at L7 Chicago by LOTTE was amazing. The room was clean, spacious, and well designed, with great amenities both in the room and throughout the hotel. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and the overall vibe of the hotel was modern and welcoming. A special shoutout to the doorman, Antonio, who was incredibly friendly, helpful, and made a great first impression. The only downside was the check in experience. Check in time is listed as 3:00 PM, and when we arrived at 3:15 PM, our room was not ready. It took about an hour and a half before we were finally able to get into our room. We had arrived in Chicago many hours earlier and were looking forward to taking a short break, so waiting in the lobby for that long was disappointing. We also noticed that the only guests waiting for rooms were those who booked through third party sites. Guests who booked directly were checked in immediately and given their room keys. Despite this, we would likely stay here again.

This felt like an elevated hotel without the elevated prices right in the heart of Chicago. We had a beautiful view of the river and were able to easily get around using uber. Will def stay again.

The bathroom did not drain the shower water for hours. Otherwise a good room. There aren’t any empty covers for dry cleaning and the such. The phones don’t work if the previous guest doesn’t place the receiver properly.
