This spacious and cheerful apartment is the perfect place for your trip to Chicago, with three bedrooms and additional sleeping areas that can accommodate large groups. Each room has been elegantly decorated and furnished to ensure you and your family have a peaceful and enjoyable stay.
The first bedroom has a king-size bed as well as a pack n play (infant bed) and office desk, the second room has a full-size bed, and the last room as a set of bunk beds. All rooms feature comfortable bedding, stylish decorations, new vinyl floors and a Smart TV for relaxing.
The living room is where you can either have fun or relax - There are multiple arcade games, Pop a Shot basketball, a dart board, and multiple board games. Additional sleeping arrangements are catered to by the house's sofas in the lounge and a queen-size inflatable mattress.
The kitchen is bright and filled with all your cooking essentials if you wish to cook while in Chicago. There are also multiple seating areas coffee in the morning or sit and eat for meals.

Brighton Park is a largely residential neighborhood on Chicago's Far South Side. Borrowing its name from Brighton, Massachusetts, the area is known for being a hub of trucking and transportation. But, despite its industrial and commercial draws, it's mostly a blossoming residential area home to Chicagoans who want easy access to the city but having a quiet neighborhood to call their own. Brighton Park attracts folks from all across the city looking for a true community to call home.
Ride-sharing apps or public transportation is what we recommend especially if you plan on going into the city where parking is hard and/or expensive to find. A train ride is often faster than driving during peak traffic hours and maximizing your time in the area is key during a short stay.
Parking is usually not too difficult on this block, but can get tighter in the evenings.
there are parking restrictions on the perimeter of the elementary school. please follow any parking restrictions throughout the school day. these rules are located on signs on that side of the street.

Noise level must be minimal after 9pm. There is a noise level city ordinance, we do not want any complaints. Violation of this will results in a termination of your reservation and the security deposit will be retained. We must respect the peace of the community. Thank you for your understanding.
