Overall stay was good. Close to the ⛴️ terminal to Playa del Carmen. Rooms are clean and staff was very helpful. We enjoyed breakfast every day. Not much variety but very good. Will stay there again. Thank you!!!

Room was clean, however the bed was not the most comfortable. Surrounded by bars that stay open late so at times it can be noisy- but a price to pay to be central to all the fun. Breakfast was good with several options. Staff was not near as friendly compared to other places we have stayed but definitely not rude. Overall 6 out of 10.

The street is under construction and the hotel isn’t alerting their guests. There is NO parking and no way to park close. Their profile says free parking. We couldn’t use our reservation, and Hotel Plaza Cozumel is not refunding my money.

Rooms are basic but very clean with a fridge. The hotel itself is very clean and the floors are washed twice a day. The hotel breakfast is fantastic, fruit, bread and baking, and choice of breakfast menu item. There is a great rooftop pool overlooking the city and ocean. The staff are simply the best from the front counter staff of Amelia and Gilberto to the serving/cooking staff of Mariano, Dulia, Estela, and Feliciana.
