International cruise and and Puerta Maya cruise ship piers are close by, with variety of stores and restaurants. Snorkeling location and small beach are walking distance. If you wish to visit downtown, ruins, water parks, beaches or many other attractions, taxis or car rentals are easily available. We dont recommend scooter rentals.

The Very Best

This home was perfect for our trip to Cozumel. Luxurious beds and bedding, super clean and comfortable, large spaces and so many comfy seating areas, the best patio and location, and beautifully furnished snd decorated. The pool and hot tub after a day of snorkeling was amazing but the very best was Vanda’s warm hospitality. She was so sweet and we were happy she could accommodate our early arrival and she was also so helpful in arranging some things to and places to go. There were some snacks and drinks ready for us when we arrived.

Amazing Stay!

Our second time at this property. Palmar is the best spot in Cozumel, this unit is the best at Palmar! Perfect location, close to shopping and restaurants. The condo was spotless and very spacious. Best patio in Cozumel! Vanda was terrific from the initial reservation and throughout our stay. The staff at Palmar is very friendly and security was efficient. Great blender too. Loved our stay and can't wait to come back.

We love Palmar Condo

We had a great stay at the Palmar Condo. The unit was spotless, well equipped and in a great safe, quiet location. Easy access to restaurants, no problem getting a taxi, security staff are friendly and helpful. Vanda is a great host. Would love to come back again soon.

Honestly better than the pictures

The condo is amazing. Vanda is an amazing host and very responsive. The unit is huge, great kitchen and hit the grocery store and cook your own. The patio is bigger than most apartments so enjoy that. The location is perfect, and Cafe Coco downstairs is a must. The hot-tub after a full day of diving is wonderful. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful Condo

We love Palmar’s location which is close to several of our favorite restaurants (Blue Angel, Serena, and CoCo Cafe). The pool is awesome, the condo was spotless, and we hope to someday return.

Great stay, incredible place.

Beautiful Property at Palmar. The location was perfect with many restaurants and bars within walking distance. The place was very clean and well appointed. The pictures did not do it justice, very roomy and well laid out. Everything had been updated and was spotless. Clean spacious condo near cruise pier

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The condo is near the cruise pier. There are several good restaurants within walking distance and very easy to get a taxi wherever we wanted to go. Easy trip to southern beach clubs or to town. The condo itself was immaculate. The living room and kitchen are huge, with a huge wraparound sofa. Large balcony, surely the biggest on property. The second bedroom is of course the smaller one but has its own bathroom and shower. There is a futon, larger family may want to ask if the futon can go in the massive larger bedroom to even out the sleeping space. Owner provided shampoo conditioner and body wash in the shower which was a great help. Also some spices and oil etc, as well as grocery bags as plastic bags no longer allowed at grocery store. Pots and pans and dishes all plentiful and in great condition. The pool is nice and there is a small hot tub. I would stay here again and the owner is very helpful. Two of us were an add on to a large family group in another condo and this building would certainly work for people looking to rent multiple units. Our decor was modern compared to others which was nice. Thanks Vanda!

Excellent place to stay!

The apartment was beautiful and the amenities were fantastic. Perfect location for our dive trip (close to Tikila Bar for friend's OW cert, short drive to Marina and downtown). Quiet at night and the rest of the property was very well maintained. We hope we can stay again on our next trip to Cozumel!

Cozumel Delight

The condo was perfect for my wife and I. It is spacious, very clean, quite, with a beautiful view of the ocean from a large covered balcony. The building that contains the condo is well maintained and managed and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the large pool, hot tub and common area patio numerous evenings watching the sun set into the Caribbean Sea. There are a number of open air beach front restaurants/bars within easy walking distance, minutes, from the condo. Vanda was very easy to reach, responded quickly to any questions we had. We will be back to Cozumel and look forward to renting Vanda's condo again.

Palmar Condos is the best location

this was our third stay at palmar condos. the location and amenities are very hard to beat: amazing pool area large , clean and quiet, located right outside of the busy part of town but not far north or south as other condos. The grounds are very well maintained. Vanda, the owner is very attentive, reachable. when we asked about covid testing we were directed to a mobile service that comes to the property. the condo decoration really gets you in the vacation, beachy mode. condo kitchen is well stocked. we had a bit of an issue with the door lock and code so we had to switch to using the physical key and we had some issues with the quality/frequency of the cleaning service in the kitchen and patio areas

Awesome Location!

We had a fantastic time in Coz. The location was right next to the beach. We were able to walk to our dive shop for daily dives and enjoy dinner across the street a few nights. Vanda is amazing! A fantastic communicator and host! I can’t say enough positive things about the experience and stay.

Beautiful balcony great location

The large balcony is wonderful to relax on. Kitchen had all you need. Location is great- snorkeling and ocean front bars across the street (we enjoyed Sunset). You can walk into to town or catch a cab. Bike lane out front leads to town or south to the beach clubs. Vanda was great to communicate with. Highly recommend this place. Washer and dryer was handy for beach towels. (6 were provided which is great). We didn’t use the tennis court but will next time!
