"The staff is Phenomenal. This hotel beats EVERY hotel I ever stay in. I have stay at this hotel a couple times. Theres not enough words to describe how awesome the staff is at this hotel. The rooms I stay in was Very clean. The bed, the mattress was so soft, didn't want to get up. On one occasion I had a meeting to attend, and I need copy of a report, and they made the copies for free. I cannot say enough about this hotel. I just love it."

"My fiancé and I stayed here for a night to see a show in town. We didn’t realize that the hotel had JUST opened (and it was a soft open) so there were of course kinks to the actual stay. For example, the AC was having an issue being used large-scale for the first time. Bit of a hitch but in no way ruined our time there. What REALLY stood out was the customer service! Russell at the front desk was so accommodating! He did everything to make our stay more enjoyable - he brought us a fan, switched our room to a more comfortable one, checked up on us, etc. He also handled guests who were much more irate about the AC hiccup with grace and a consistently patient disposition. He was handling the whole thing by himself and went above and beyond to try to make anyone’s stay more comfortable. We all can’t control things like whether your HVAC system will give you a hard time right after opening, but I feel like it will be handled in the right way as long as Russell is in charge! "
