The hotel itself was really good. The restaurant located in the hotel was awful! Subpar food which was cold both times we ate there. Sent it back the second time and it came back with somewhat warm potatoes with the rest of the plated food cold

They have a lot of hot and cold options for the free breakfast. It was nice and quiet and the beds were comfortable. The only thing I didn’t like was when we put up the do not disturb sign and the maid removed it and went in anyways. She even hung the sign back up in the closet. Very disappointed with that.

My room smelled like cigarette smoke and everything is old . Also , I paid for the room on the Expedia website which means the money came out of my account . But , when I got to the front desk I wasn’t allowed to enter my room unless they had a cc on file . This is so out to lunch , there should be a disclaimer before you PAY for the room stating that you absolutely need a cc not a visa debit so they will let you into the room . I had the room paid for but couldn’t enter it because all I had was a visa debit . Very very very angry about this . This isn’t how this should be ran !

Breakfast included, quiet room. One room was not cleaned, hair in bed, sink and tub. Hotel grocery delivery company was yelled at by front desk, then proceeded to ask my husband to sign for the delivery while he was getting his breakfast. He happily signed for it, and eventually saw a staff member and let them know where there food delivery was. Highlight of the trip, he enjoyed his stay.

Wonderful Experience!

The room is very comfortable, clean and cozy. The fireplace is a nice touch. All the employees are very friendly, welcoming and pleasant! A wonderful experience and we will be sure to return again!

Excellent clean and quiet place to stay. Very reasonable rates although a little further from the mall but easy to get to on the yellowhead. Rooms were spotless and beds were to dream for. Hotel staff pleasant and helpful. Nice exercise room. A pool would have been an added bonus but we used the hotel mainly for sleeping. Would definitely stay there again. Well worth it.
