good stay. Check in and restaurant down stairs was amazing. Rooms are big, clean and nice. I requested my room be cleaned a few times but they never came...was here for a week and they can 1 and I had to call them to come again before leaving. Walls are very thin so you hear everything happening in hallway

Overall, I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and professional, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was super convenient. I especially enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the quality of the breakfast. The only downside was some trouble with the hot water—it took a while to get warm and wasn’t always consistent. That said, everything else made up for it, and I would still recommend this hotel and consider staying again.

Overall very lovely, modern, stylish, comfortable and convenient accommodations. The only blip we encountered was with our rooms shower. The water temperature was problematic-it would randomly range from very cold ( and stay cold for several minutes) to very hot without touching/adjusting the tap. When this was mentioned to staff, they sent someone to check on it right away. Unfortunately the issue continued. When I alerted the desk staff on checkout, she apologized and offered to refund our parking for the inconvenience. A much appreciated gesture to show that our concerns were noticed and I’m guessing the issue will get resolved. A small bit of attentiveness such as this makes a huge difference and we look forward to our next stay at the Halifax Moxy!
