Private Beach Front Vacation Home with Breathtaking Views!

Welcome to paradise! Walk out your door and enjoy the white sandy beach, turquoise rolling waters, and stunning sunrises. Casa Kaay Ha is perfectly located on the Caribbean side of the island, less than 5 minutes to everywhere by golf cart, scooter, or bus.

This luxury home has high ceilings, custom tile, and stonework and includes 3 master bedrooms (each with king-size beds and their own full bathroom). Every bedroom has oceanfront views. The main level master has direct access to the pool and outside living area. The upstairs master bedroom has a spacious grand balcony with seating and breathtaking views. The 3rd master bedroom also has a balcony with a walkway to the grand balcony. The fully equipped open kitchen and living area will allow for the perfect adventure. The outside living area is expansive and allows for a dip in the oceanfront pool or a walk along the beach.
Each room is air-conditioned and has its own temperature control.

Experience the true culture and habitat of the island. Close to restaurants, shopping, beaches and more.
Watch the giant sea turtles during the laying season. The sea turtles dig their holes and lay eggs right on your doorstep. You can also experience viewing dolphins in the ocean, look for the iguanas during the day and hermit crabs at dusk.

Perfect piece of paradise

Stunning home, excellent communication with home owner and concierge! Home is situated in the perfect area and close to some restaurants and a quick taxi ride to Hildago Street. You could walk into town- we did it in 26 minutes! Love Isla Brewing Company which is just a 2 minute walk down the street. The home itself is spectacular and has breathtaking views. Iguanas all around you and hermit crabs that visit at night! Feed the iguanas lettuce and they are your friends. The sunrise takes your breath away. Highly recommend this place!

It was very convenient, right in the middle of the island. Nice, private beach view. Found sea beans & Hamburgers on the rocky beach. Wish it had a true living room but we gathered outside, thank goodness the weather was great. A/Cs worked well.

Great communication with Chema and Alex. From check in to addressing any questions and issues we had. We stayed for 10 days. We had issues with the pool that they were aware of but didnt inform us. That was ok though, as they came out and cleaned the pool the next day. Cleaning crewthey had someone come and ckean the pool

We really enjoyed this house. It was super clean. Communication was very easy. They set up golf carts and taxis and we did not have to wait for anything. It was very smooth check-in. The house is in a very central location. The AC is very cold. The pool is much bigger than it looks in the pictures. Our bed was very comfortable and we slept well every night. We would rent this house again. We appreciate the Welcome package. The house has many extras. I would recommend checking the kitchen before you go to the grocery store. They have pool towel and floats as well. Very nice house and Property manager.

Amazing five day stay

Everyone in the party had an amazing time and thoroughly enjoyed the house. The pool was great, a nice break from the heat. The views of the ocean, the iguanas coming up daily on the beach were just fantastic. We have stayed at several homes in the area. It’s a great location and you can get to Playa Norte as well as the supermarket very easily. I would highly recommend to friends and would definitely stay again. The property manager. Gems was great and always answered us and Tracy was always quick to respond.

Mills Family Review

Amazing Location loved that we could get to the south end and the north end of the island in 5-10 minutes both ways. Stairs proved to be extremely dangerous for my 2 year old, but we were able to lock the door in the day so he could not go up and down them without us. The view was incredible from every angle of the home, we spent most of our time outside and there was plenty of space and seating for our family of 6. The lizards were friendly enough, scared the kids the first day but they got used to having them around. The pool unfortunately filled up with algae early into our and unusable for 36 hours until it was cleaned. The book with restaurants made some incredibly recommendations and we chose many of the eateries just from the house book. Food was 5 star every where we went. It was a lovely week on a perfect island. We hope to come back some day.

Amazing house

We loved the privacy that 3 en-suite rooms allowed. This is such a cool layout. Not a lot of indoor living space to gather, but we spent most of our time on the patio anyway. We never got tired of checking out the crabs at night and watching the iguanas all day. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a couple meals. We rented a golf cart for a couple days, but didn’t mind the 20 minute walk into town on the days we didn’t have a cart. We would love to stay again the next time we visit the island.

Perfect vacay!

House was absolutely perfect for our family of 5. We had plenty of room, enjoyed the beautiful location, and we were very close to everything being mid-island. We had plenty of communication from the property managers. We were very appreciative of the bottled water dispenser, extra toilet paper/trash bags and cleaning supplies. House is within walking distance to the Isla Brewery, the mini-mart, and a fantastic taco place. There is also a 'recommended' list at the house so we tried some new places as well. We would absolutely stay here again!

AMAZING!

This is an amazing property! The location is very central to anything you would want to do on the island. The views we can’t put into words. The beach access from the house is perfect for morning coffee, shell searching, and an evening drink while taking a dip in the pool. Our kiddos are older so the separate rooms upstairs were great but it is probably not ideal for younger children who might need a parent during the night. We will definitely be back to Ka’ay Ha in the future!!

Perfect little getaway

We loved this casa! It was so cute and in a great location, you go all over the island with a golf cart. It’s right next to the grocery story and the owner was the sweetest! The back yard was such a vibe. Loved the lizards area and the crabs that came out at night. The pool was bigger than it looked and the view was beautiful. We were really happy with our stay.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Communication with owner was very easy. She answered all of my questions. Check in and out was very easy. Loved that each room had its own bathroom. Beautiful views from all rooms. Great kitchen, pool was nice. Great sunrise view. Walked along the beach without issues but definitely want water shoes. We would love to stay here again.

Great stay on Isla Mujeres!

This was all five of our first time on the island and we could not have had a better time, despite 2.5 days of rain! The concierge took great care of us. We rented a golf cart, which was essential for island travel, although we were walking distance to the grocery store. The concierge set us up with a fishing/snorkeling trip where we caught 8 fish and had them cooked at a restaurant that evening (Xcaret, delicious!). The captain also took us to snorkel where we saw sea turtles, nurse sharks and lots of coral! The house was perfect for our group. There are steps down to the water, but this is not sandy beach, so bring water shoes. Lots of great shell/beach glass hunting! There is not much inside space for lounging, but with the large island, it was perfect for playing games out of the rain. Also the kitchen is a great size for cooking, which we did for most of our meals. Upstairs balcony was great for HH drinks and watching the storms roll in! The house is very close to the ferry and about in the middle of the island, so you're not far from anything! We hope to return to Casa K'aay Ha!

Fantastic House on Isla !!!

Perfect house for 6 adults. The location was great....quick trip to downtown but also not real far from the other end. House had all needed items. The view...can't say enough about that. The beds were comfy. We always felt safe. The lizards will visit you every morning so pick up some fruit. The pool was just big enough for cooling down and hanging out a bit. We found lots of sea glass at the house also, which is something we have been trying to find for the last few years. We would definitely rent this house again and recommend to everyone!

Perfect

This is a perfect vacation rental on Isla Mejures! The location is very convenient to downtown for shopping, dining and North Beach, just a few minutes on the cart. The home is newer and fresh. The sound of the ocean and constant breeze on the patio is everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Beds were comfortable and AC worked well around the Casa. Would stay again and appreciate the owner and staff making our stay perfect!
