"We were pleased with the hotel in general. The staff was very friendly, the buffet breakfast was extensive and very good, the concierge was very helpful in helping us book show in Piccadilly circus, it was just a short walk to bus stops and the tube. The room was small, but we were happy to have a king size comfortable bed so that made up for the size of the room. The hotel is in a convenient location and there are some nice restaurants to have dinner within a comfortable walking distance. There is a nice bar too, though we never had a chance to go to it. All in all, it was a good experience and a comfortable hotel, and I would recommend."

"Location is ideal for business in South Kensington, and great for tourists looking for home base. Three Tube stops nearby, Gloucester Road the closest. Walking to Royal Albert, Hyde Park, V&A, High Street Kensington. Hotel breakfast was ok - better warm options on request. Staff are super kind and helpful. Room was large, not common in the UK! Gym was small but plenty of equipment to get in a workout."
