Welcome to this beautiful house only 10 minutes away from the famous Las Vegas strip and 5 minutes away from the airport! This property is located in the in Silverado Ranch, Las Vegas. Clean and safe community. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Brand new furnishing and queen sized beds in all the bedrooms, fresh paint and newly renovated kitchen. There is free WiFi and TV , one 55 inch LCD tv in the main floor living area and a smaller TV in the master bedroom. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook and prepare a meal. A washer and dryer is available for use . The backyard has a beautiful Pool and hot tub, brand new BBQ unit. Restaurants, super markets are less than 2 minutes away via car, and 5 minutes away from the South Premium Outlet.

Good property, great for multiple people. Slightly disappointed that the location was not as advertised. We also had to purchase light bulbs for the living spaces as all were out.

Where to start with this review!!! Would be easier to attach our photos and cut right to the chase. Do not book this rental if you expect even basic cleanliness and some sort of style and taste to the presentation of the property. We have been coming to the Vegas/Henderson area for the past 10 years and know and love the area. We travel 5000 miles on a 10 hour flight from the UK. The last thing we want when we arrive is to start cleaning and organising the place. We were greeted with a filthy porch which Charlie’s neighbour who supposedly looks after the place for him said oh it’s been windy the last 2 days. Really it looked like it hadn’t seen a broom for the last 2 months. Inside did not improve ,to the kitchen. Dishwasher not emptied from previous user. Kitchen drawers a mess everything just thrown in. Fridge. UGH not clean. Not a single kitchen tea towel in sight (had to purchase 1 ). Living area everywhere you look tacky vases of fake flowers one vase in living room still with price sticker on (real classy). A dirty floor fan all black filth stuck in it we moved it out of sight. To the master bedroom what a dismal depressing room this guy sure likes brown paint no need for condoms its a real passion killer. There are 2 maroon leather chairs in there the best way to describe the state of them would be to say they looked like the dogs had been munching on them they were disgusting You would not want to sit on them. There was also a horrible desk with an horrible 1970s office chair in there as well with a non working Kitchen type-clock on the wall above it. The master bathroom the shower is pokey-and dark and the grouting think you guys call it corking again was UGH. To the linen cupboard the towels are of cheap quality they were just stuffed in. to top it all off there was some of the owners clothing hanging in the master closet and they were filthy and covered in paint. So we set about trying to make the place a bit more habitable and cleaner for our 2 week stay. There is no info in the house regarding the TV set up the one in bedroom was not even connected properly or if there was a pool guy or not the only info was 2 tacky notices cello-taped to the door with a warning not to smoke or have pets or you would be fined $300 when we finally got a response from Charlie’s son it was ..... we are not a 5* hotel just not interested .we have contacted vbro as some of the reviews are not even for this property . AVOID AVOID

Very comfortable for a long term stay.

Nice home in a quiet area but close to the Henderson and Las Vegas attractions. Grocery stores, Costco, fast food and fine dining all just a short drive away. The home has modern appliances a nice kitchen and an almost new gas grill out by the pool and hot tub. Plenty of linens, table ware and kitchen utensils, paper products and soaps for the size of the home. Charlie and his neighbor Richard are available and quick to answer any questions.

Comfortable house and nice quite neighborhood

My family and I enjoyed staying at this home during Christmas and New Years holiday. Owner even decorated it for Christmas, a very nice gesture. Everything was clean and fully supplied for cooking, cleaning and laundry. Even shampoo and hand soap in the bathrooms. Next door neighbor was also available for help. The location was very conveinent to the airport, downtown and the Strip and Hoover Dam.

Nice home in great neighborhood! Close to everything.

I’m so glad that we chose this place and it was available. We were here at a very busy time, (The CES convention and Super Bowl). It truly was a blessing being able to stay here with my family. It is a wonderful large home with plenty of necessities as well as a lot of extras. The owner Charlie, he is absolutely wonderful. He is very quick to answer any questions and replies to all messages immediately. I have had no issues with this house at all. My family have found it to be very comfortable. The only thing I wish we would’ve had was another TV in the family room upstairs. Or maybe TVs in each of the bedrooms. Aside from that I really cannot say enough about how perfect our stay was. I plan on coming back again soon and this is where I will be staying. Everything is near by, grocery, pharmacy, gas, shopping and more. The Southpoint casino is just a five minute drive if you’re in the mood to have some late night Chinese food you must try it out here! Can’t wait to return when the weather is nice and use the nice big pool! Thank you Charlie for being so accommodating and helpful through our stay. We will see you again soon!

Thanksgiving in Vegas

Family from Indiana & California met and enjoyed our visit together at this house. It was just what we were looking for and allowed us to have time visiting together instead of going to and from hotel rooms and trying to find a place to sit and talk. The house has all that you need. The weather was beautiful and we spent much of our time relaxing together beside the pool. Would highly recommend this place for anyone else looking for the same atmosphere.

Excellent Value, Excellent Host

The property is adjacent to a main thoroughfare, but the driveway is off a side street and access is very convenient. The thoroughfare is not busy at night so you don't have to worry about noise. It took less than 15 minutes to get to the center of the strip. The backyard is not too large, but very private. A really nice place to have your morning coffee or to barbeque a steak. The pool was also very nice. The inside of the house is very nice. It had all the kitchen utensils we needed except for coffee mugs. There were 7 of us and only 4 mugs. The pantry had lots of stuff from previous guests (spices, condiments, etc.) and we added to the stock. The bedrooms were spacious and everything was clean and ready for our arrival. There are several grocery stores, pharmacies, Wal-Mart, Home Depot etc., all a short 5 minute drive away. We never met our host but we had a few questions during our stay and Charlie was quick to respond through the VRBO website (mail). The only con I can think of is the lack of water pressure. It's nice to have three bathrooms but there is only enough water pressure to have one shower at a time. I suspect this might be a Las Vegas problem, not a house problem. Charlie refunded our damage deposit within a couple of days of our stay. My family and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Beautiful Home!!

I stayed in this beautiful home a few minutes from the airport and Vegas Blvd. We enjoyed our time there. The house had everything we needed to enjoy our time. The pool was clean and warm, we have plenty of space, clean towels and many more amenities to enjoy our time in Las Vegas. I am planning to come back again and stay here.

Rental Needed Repairs

Me an my family of 5 spent 5 nights here as an alternative to the strip. The pool was dirty when we got there and got progressively dirtier everyday (most likely due to a non-functioning pump/filtration system). We were reluctant to use the pool because of this. The clothes washing machine did not work. Only 7 washcloths were provided with no way to re-clean them. A fresh clean washcloth is an important part of good personal hygiene. I spoke to, texted, and emailed Charlie often regarding these issues. On day three of our vacation Charlie texted the telephone number of his "pool guy" to me asking if I would call him since he could not reach him....no answer. I requested that Charlie have his housekeeping person drop off some clean washcloths to finish our stay....no response to that request. The only thing that Charlie did to reconcile our situation was apologize and assure me that he would be making necessary repairs for future guests. Am I taking one for the team? The carpeted areas of the house were very dirty and stained and although this did not effect the enjoyment of this rental property Charlie told me he plans on replacing all carpet with hardwood. Once again, am I taking one for the team? Concerning the swimming pool and washing machine issues, Charlie acted as if these were new problems that he was unaware of, and I understand that sometimes things malfunction, but fact is that two important advertised features of this property were not in working order and Charlie either would not or could not rectify that situation. I requested a 25% refund and the answer was no. I am disappointed with this property and will not stay there again.

GREAT place to stay, especially for a family with kids!

We LOVED this property and really appreciated the speedy, open communication with the owner. House was nice, clean, plenty of linens and towels, ample room (we had 6 staying), tons of hot water for several people showering, wifi, cable, etc. About 13 min to strip and $11-$20 uber ride to the strip. About 5 min to all major stores, Walmart, Walgreens, Ross, Sams, fast food and quick travel to and from airport! Nice pool, 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 3 full bathrooms, 2 dining areas with tables, washer/dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc. Also, all showers were equipped with shampoos, conditioners, bar soaps, body washes, (Dove) and nice lotions! Was impressive!! Pool was a little less clean than we would have liked. Charlie informed me he was not aware the pool cleaner had not been there as instructed and refunded us a fair amount to make it to right. He did this out of his own good will. Would/will definitely rebook with no questions asked!

What you see is exactly what you get.

The house is clean all you need is near by and the owner replies as many questions as you might have. When you arrive to the property smells clean and appealing to your senses all is in it's place such as home away from home. The location for us was great. 10-15 Minutes to the strip depending on traffic. With in 5 mins to the closest casino, groceries stores, south Vegas outlet mall and membership stores. The owner Charlie was very attentive to all our questions and answers relatively fast. Just treat the property as if it was yours. For sure we will repeat our stay at this location. JC
