Great vacation home for family!!!
*Fully equipped 3 Bed 2 Bathroom house.
-There are two queen size beds, one full size and one sleeper in the family/dinning area and one in the living room.
*Very roomy living room with pool table/ping-pong table top.
*Easy access to US-95 Fwy.
-10 minutes to Downtown Las Vegas.
-15 minutes to Strip.
-15 minutes to Red Rock Canyon.
-10 minutes to Spring Mountain Road/China Town.
*50'' flat screen 4K TV with home theater sound system. 32" Fire TV in the bedroom.
*Free WiFi: Cox cable.
*BBQ grill in the covered patio area is also available for use. Please move a grill from covered patio area to backyard when you use it.
1.Smoking indoors is not permitted. Any smoking inside the house will be charged an additional $250 cleaning fee.
2. When you go outside please make sure the door is closed behind you.
3. Please do not eat food in the bedroom.
4. You may use the washing machine and dryer and all supplies during your stay.
5. Quiet hours are from 10:00pm until 8:00am
6. All guests stay overnight must be listed.
7. Feel free to help yourself with all amenities during your stay. Respect all amenities and house equipment. Any damage and missing items will be charged.
8. Our neighbors will call the police if there is loud music after 10pm, so please keep your music down.
9. Do not touch, move or disconnect any wiring from the walls.
10. Owner is not responsible for damage or loss of guest's personal belonging.
The cleaning fee is for general cleaning only, which includes vacuum, floor mop, dusting, changing of sheets, and trash disposal. The cleaning crew will charge me extra if they have to remove stains, put furniture back to the correct place, deodorize smoke, or attend to any other time consuming actions to bring my home back to rentable state. (which I will pass on to guests)

Outside was a little on the messy side. Master bathroom toilet runs till you wiggle the flushing handle. Woke up with some bugs crawling on my pillow. Overall the stay was good.

Hideo (host) was welcoming and communicative. The house was in great condition and for the most part had everything we needed (for entertainment and dining). We were able to bring our puppy which was really helpful. Thank you for the lovely stay.

The host was excellent. Great communication. House is lovely, very comfortable stay. The neighborhood was just as others had said, seems a little sketchy but was very safe and comfortable no issues what so ever. Fast service with Ubers and instacart. Great to sit outside in the sun this time of year.

This property indicated it could house 10 people. Specifically 6 adults and 4 children. Though there were only 6 adult's in our party there were not enough towels, toilet paper and paper towels. I was trying surprised by the poor planning. The layout of the house is nice but unkempt. It was not cleaned appropriately. The backyard is just cement slabs and the patio had not been cleaned in sometime so unable to utilize that area.

Great spot for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids). Coffee maker with PLENTY of coffee- not a Keurig, which is a total plus in my book! Well stocked kitchen, including dishes, pots/pans, and spices for cooking. Garage with opener was a plus, too. We were surprised how quiet it was because it is so close to the freeway. Comfy beds, and plenty of space to relax and play all the fun games!!

Overall, we had a great day. The proper tea is very nice and clean. Very spacious. The AC system works great. We were very comfortable. The only criticism I have is that dangerous step up as soon as you enter. It’s invisible and a real safety hazard. I would think that it could be a liability for you as well. I’m not a carpenter, but I would think there would be some way to build a ramp, fill in that space, or at least paint it to draw attention to it. If it were me, I would have a professional professionally made sign on the front door, saying watch your step. A real danger to anyone over the age of 60. But we had no accidents so we’re grateful.

Nice space

We were disappointed that the cleaning of the kitchen and bathrooms was rushed/incomplete. We had to buy cleaning supplies and scrub the bathtub. The bathroom baseboards are very dirty and having to intensely clean took away from the experience. Other than that the place looked as it does in the photos.The property manager was responsive and gracious enough to allow an early check in to accommodate my flight. This would be a 5 star review if they had the proper cleaning staff and used quality cleaning products.

Great location, great host

The location as it relates to the proximity to the freeway and things to do was great. House was spacious enough to accommodate 2 families of 4, so 8 people total. Available pool/ping pong table and foosball table really made the stay great for the kids. We did not utilize the backyard space or grill but it was very spacious. Host was very flexible and accommodating with certain circumstances we had, and was also very friendly and responsive. Would stay again :)

Great property with fantastic amenities

This property was great. Just 20 minutes from either the Las Vegas Strip or to Red Rock. We chose this properties for its amenities. It was a great opportunity to get our kids off of their screens and to interact with each other via pool, ping pong, foosball or poker. Would definitely stay again.
