The room I booked, and because of flights coming in late, it was roughly 1030 at night and we go and enter our room and there’s a man sleeping in the bed. It was already occupied! So we do the run around for another hour and finally get into our room And for all of our trouble we didn’t get a free room. We didn’t get comped anything except a drink. Pretty pathetic.

Room was horribly noisy from music on the street. Asked at 1am to be moved to a quieter room. Was told they could move us to a quieter room for $200/night. No thanks. Went down to the front desk at 9am to get moved again. They said they would call us when a room was available. No call. Tried again in mid afternoon. After endless complaining, they finally moved us across the hall. Much better because it was not on the street with the band playing till 3am. We basically wasted 24 hours in Las Vegas trying to get moved so we could sleep. We go to vegas a lot and it was our first time staying there. We will never stay there again.
