Bait and SWITCH!

Property advertised is false! Not the property in the pictures . If you’re looking for a do it yourself Vacation than might be for you. Property is not maintained and garage not accessible and TV in master doesn’t work . Weird driveway made parking more than one vehicle difficult. I specifically asked the owner about if the Hot Tub and pool were functional, she never replied (after arriving find a note to call Allen for instructions) I got a nice tutorial on pool heater operation and after several calls and about an hour and a half of my labor we got heat started for the Hot Tub but the pool cleaner was just for show and appeared to have not worked in some time. Towel and toilet paper holders were all absent or broken and nonfunctional. The ice maker was outrageously loud only to be topped by the old dishwasher, it sounded much like the Battle Bots competition we took in while there. The worst part of the house however is the windows, the property backs to a major thoroughfare and if the windows were half decent shouldn’t be a problem, but they are so bad that I repeatedly checked to see if someone had opened them because it literally sounded as if they were nonexistent, and traffic was continuous and even some street racing throughout the night. To top it off the owner’s instructions say that you can’t adjust Thermostat below 75 degrees which means that upstairs rooms are 78 and uncomfortable and the ceiling fan in 2 story living room doesn’t work. Definitely Not Worth It!

Amazing Stay!

Vacation paradise was perfect for our family! We were celebrating with additional family at South Point. Very close and easy to access everything we needed. There was a small glitch when we arrived, property manager was very helpful and quickly responded! Great place!!!

have to look everywhere for towels, no kitchen hand towels, couldn't use the pool or hot tub, call for help answer but hang up, tv didn't work until the owner was call, no basic toiletries provided. I have never stay in a place like this, nice property, but little improvement desperate needed as far as making the customer's stay more pleasant and convenience.

House is not as advertised, but still alright

Just FYI, if you’re looking for the house in the picture, this isn’t it. It’s similar in color, but the layout is different. I don’t know if the owner is being paranoid about people trying to find the house from the listing (which makes sense) or not, but just be aware that if your looking for the house that looks like this from the outside, it isn’t this house. Overall the home was very pleasant and in a nice location. The pool was freezing, which is good if you want a place to get cool in the hot Las Vegas sun. The hot tub was wonderful, but I had to become somewhat of an expert on how it all works to use it. Thankfully, the phone number for the real expert was easily accessible, and he patiently walked me through all 847 steps to make it all work! :) The only problems we had were the lack of towels, wastebasket liners, and air flow in the house. There weren’t any towels in the bathrooms or bedrooms, but hidden in a cupboard at the top of the stairs, and in the bathrooms there were rolls of paper towels for us to use in place of hand towels. The air conditioning is not allowed to be below 70, and is programmed to stay at about 75 without constant intervention, which was a problem for our cold loving Scandinavian family. Is 68 too much to ask for? LOL! Also, there is no way to turn the ceiling fan on in the living room to get the air moving. Overall, I would stay here again, but I would be sure to bring my own fan, towels, and wastebasket liners.

Cute little house

The house and pool are smaller than the photos seem. The hot tub wasnt hot it runs into the pool, so i am not sure how it is supposed to be a hot tub. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen is nice, the rooms are nice sizes. The outlets are a pain because the cord doesnt atay in them. If you have an issue with stairs id book somewhere else. There are i believe 16 steps in one go to get to the top floor. Communication was easy and they were helpful with oir needs.

Beautiful Home

Blessed to have found this gem. Not only was booking extremely easy but also the house and pool were well kept. We stayed for originally 3 nights but needed the extra night last minute. We contacyed the owner and they were quick to respond with any questions we had. I gave 4 stars for description because the house from the outside is different from the one we rented. Although, it was still a beautiful well kept home.I will definitely be booking with them again. Thank you so much for letting us staying in this lovely home..

Unsafety, No response, Terrible!

The place look good but when you are in the place is unsafe in summer 115 deegrees ( A/C doesnt work ) we had to sleep in the car, we tryed to contact the host and he resonsed 4 hours later . After contacted him never fix the A/C and we had to left the house to be safe with my kids . the Host Charged us the stay its not fair. The most terrible vacations with my family . Never comeback to that house.

Check in was good, owner called to check in us same day. I was told it was 10 minutes away from convention center was like 20, also was told there were Tvs in all rooms and only master and living room. Overall we loved the home, no problems, The only thing i would recommend is to have accommodation for kids, no Tv in the rooms and no roku or entertainment orher than the pool. This is hard for a 15 and 22 year old.

To begin with, I had to call VRBO to get instructions to enter. I received them a few hours before entering since the owner did not communicate with me. When I arrived, everything seemed normal, but when I wanted to use the sofa bed, it was completely dirty and stained when my guests arrived. friends and they wanted to use the beds, they were broken, they sat down and went to the floor and the house is missing many things to be complete, not like other previous ones that we have rented.

If you're looking for a quiet neighborhood for your family to stay while in Las Vegas this is the place. It was clean. We enjoyed the pool. When I pulled in to the neighborhood. The picture that I was expecting was not the house that I drove up to. For a second I thought I was at the wrong house but then I made a phone call. I'm was able to connect with the manager and all the instructions matched what was online. All of the pictures matched except for the actual house it was different. I don't expect everything to be brand new or in top notch shape. Overall this was a good house for who is there with me. The pool was the best part and that's what we wanted. The only complaint I could probably have is that my daughter noticed a piece of poop in the bottom of the pool when we got there. At least there was a little net and I was able to scoop it out with no problems but still there was poop in the pool. The pool could have been a little cleaner but I don't know if that's the wind blowing stuff around or people throwing stuff over the fence. Overall I rated this place 4 out of 5 stars and i will return again with the hope that there's a little more maintenance in the pool.

Unfortunately the pool never heated up and both pool and hot tub was very dirty.

It was nice to be off the strip. It was clean enough could use some updates. Street side is very loud, double pane windows would be very helpful. We picked this house for the pool and hot tub. Was unable to use either. Both were full of leaves and dirt and never heated up. It's a good place to stay if your not planning on hanging at the house.

Vegas Vacation

As I always read the reviews it is important to share the experience. We had a great stay off the strip. It was nice to visit Hoover Dam, enjoy great food and casino's then get to a location away from the hustle. The house had a wonderful pool and hot tub along with the washer and dryer (so we could pack light)! Recommended stay!
